What an amazing property to stay at. Waking up to eat at the breakfast buffet with an amazing view and having wine watching the sun set. The staff are very accommodating when it comes to kids.

The hotel rooms are a little outdated but the property grounds are beautiful. We got there very late at night and woke up to an amazing and beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property grounds. So peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Very close to waterfalls

Next to the beach nice location

The view was fantastic and staff was wonderful.

Receptionist seemed kind, but he was very strict and talented for making the guests feel bad. Never visited the reception during stay. Room was expected, garden is good.

Clean and neat. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and service are great. Front desk check in is very strict to 3pm rule. Rooms are small compared with same rating hotels. Bathroom is very small for triple sharing. shower area is combined with bath tub. Overall pleasant stay.

It was one of the most beautiful properties in this area, but the price I paid for this room, it wasn't worth it because the room was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely small in size, don't know how ondol works in the room (front desk staff provided no explanation) and there are too many small steps in the room to get to the bathroom every time. No chairs in the room to sit on. In my opinion, this type of the ondol rooms should be equipped with some basic comforts like chairs or backrest. Nevertheless, we stayed in the hotel for 5 nights 6 days because of the beautiful landscape.

I do not agree with 5 star hotel rating. Old hotel, needs remodeling. The AC didn’t work and the mattresses are old. The furnitures have many wear and tear.

Rooms were roomy. Air con /heating system not working.

I like the ambience. It has great views of the sea and mountain. Although it is quiet, it is walkable to places of interest. Best of all the airport limo bus is just at the footstep of this hotel. Highly recommended

A quiet place

The view from the room was very beautiful. It was close to the Honey Moon Cafe and one of the water falls. There was a walking trail on either side of the hotel.

Exellent in everything

Hotel listing has been Grossly misrepresented! Even though we got a "superior room" at nearly usd 250 per night it was our worst hotel in Korea because 1) the hotel is ancient. The balcony has rusted railings 2) the toilet is so small! U have to shower in a small old bathtub 3) the bed is from the 1970s (it just plainly is old) 4) the hotel is so old, the closet does not open fully ( they nailed one side shut) 5) u must pay for the sauna (10k won) 6) the pool is small, the room is small this hotel listing has 5-star photoshop but really it is a very very old hotel (it's clean though) In conclusion, this hotel is like the hotel from The Shining. It was once great, but the hotel is VERY OLD NOW. I think the other smaller hotels in jeju looked better at half the price.

Friendly staff, Beautiful garden but hotel is old and outdated, OK breakfast but same menu over and over, Hard to get a taxi from this hotel.
