The accommodation is not far from Shinjuku train station. There are many restaurants. Sleep well.

I booked 3 rooms for a 4-night stay at the Shinjuku hotel. However, the first 2 nights, 1 room was not cleaned. After asking the receptionist, it turned out that they had to put up a "make up room" sign, even though the other 2 rooms without the sign were still cleaned.

The location is in Shinjuku, but it is quite far from Shinjuku station. If you take a limousine bus from Narita Airport, it stops right in front of the hotel.

I was quite often stay in Shinjuku Washington, whenever I traveled to Tokyo. Because, if you want to go to airport (Narita and Haneda) by Airport Limousine Bus, the bus stop just down there right in front of the hotel. It's easier than go by the train. There are also convenience stores down the lobby. Easy check in and out. Only the room is a bit small for 2 persons, my recommendation better to choose twin bed than the double. But, it's very common in Japan, almost all hotels only have room around 11-16 m. Overall, everything went well. And definitely go back again and stay there again!

The double room was not standard at all, not as big as shown pn the picture. The room way too small and I can't even open 1 big luggage inside the room while that time I had 3 luggage. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, the carpet was dusty and old. The concierge also not friendly at all. Won't recommend this hotel after all. The good point is only the strategic location.

Location is ok, under the hotel there is Lawson, Family Mart, resto and others. Room and toilet are a bit cramped like other hotels in Japan.

Good location, outside there is limousine bus stop from airport so you can save money instead of taking transport service. The bldg got lawson and family mart few steps there is also 7eleven. Outside there is luup bike rental. The hotel got 3 breakfast depends on you where you want to. The only flaws I found in our stay is the toilet got nasty smell and the house keeping forgot to lock out room after cleaning, good thing that nothing was stolen while it was open. I will give this hotel 8.5/10

+ from Haneda take a limousine bus and get off in front of the hotel. + in the hotel building there is a family mart, also around it there is a Lawson. + in front of the hotel (walk about 10 minutes), the government building which at night has a light show with music. + complete amenities, some are provided in the lobby, and you can take as much as you like. - access to the train station is quite far. - the room is very small, the entrance to the room is also small 😁 (with a price range of 1.8 - 2 million, it's a bit expensive)

Location was great, especially airport bus limo stop right in front of the hotel. In addition, close to love sign shinjuku where usually meeting point for local tour. Lots of affordable restaurant at B1 floor. Surprisingly it connects to underground subway, so when it rains, you have no worries.

In my opinion, it only wins on location. There is a locker for baggage. That's all. Others are just average.

It's only good at the location. Others are ordinary, even the rooms are narrow, let alone the bathrooms. If the lobby is quite ok, s.

The room is a little older, the bathroom is small and cramped, for three beds (triple room) it's really narrow. The staff doesn't speak English. The only plus point is that the location has an airport limousine bus stop. There are 2 convenience stores in the same building.

Very convenient if you take a bus from Narita airport. The bus stops right infront of this hotel. It is located at level 3, you need to take escalator up. Hotel is very friendly.

A bit more on the quiet side of the Shinjuku area, not too far from the train station. The vicinity was decent and was quite clean!
