การแต่งกายของพนักงานดูไม่ดี ขาสั้น เสื้อยืด ควรจะแต่งให้ดู first Impression และให้ดูดีสมกับราคาที่แพง พนักงานในโซนต่างๆไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้ามีแต่บริเวณ front

The best hotel since chose by myself. It's definitely satisfied because there're the great area to rest and join all activities. Moreover, the staff are nice to service all. 👍

Stayed for 2 nights, get a full rest, the view / room is very beautiful, the staff are very helpful, pay attention to the service, but the breakfast gives 7 out of 10 disappointed at this level, I think it would be better.

ข้อดี - สถานที่สวยงาม มีการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ให้เหมาะกับการถ่ายภาพ - พนักงานในส่วนงานบริการห้องทำหน้าที่ได้ดี พูดจาดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ข้อเสีย - ไลน์อาหารเช้าผิดหวังมากๆ อาหารน้อย เมนูก็ดาดๆ เบเกอรี่ไม่อร่อย เย็นชืด สลัดบาร์ไม่หลากหลาย น้ำสลัดมีให้เลือกแค่ 2 แบบ ส่วนเมนูที่ต้องออเดอร์อย่างพวกไข่ขนมปัง ตอนมาเสริฟคือชืดแล้ว กินยังไงก็ไม่อร่อย - การสื่อสารกับลูกค้าตอนเช็คอิน ให้เลือกเวลาทานข้าวเช้า แจ้งว่ามีช่วง 10โมง แต่พอไปถึง 10 โมงจริง พนักงานแจ้งว่าทานได้ถึงแค่ 10:30 ครัวจะปิด และไลน์อาหารจะเก็บตอน 10:45 ซึ่งถ้ามีเวลากระชั้นชิดขนาดนี้ ควรแจ้งต่อลูกค้าก่อน เพราะทางเราก็นั่งรอเพื่อให้ถึง 10 โมงถึงจะออกไปทานกัน แต่กลับมีเวลาให้ทานแค่ไม่กี่นาที - บางห้องพักไม่มีการเปิดแอร์ต้อนรับลูกค้า ทั้งที่เพิ่งมีการเช็คเอ้า

Very good location, beautiful view everywhere The staff are very good with everyone. The food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Sadly, on the day that the pier was closed for repairs, it was impossible to get to the pier. The strong wind wave caused the hotel to abstain from sea activities, but it was ok to rest fully.

Very love with their service and the room / villa. It has very beautiful view from the room and all amenity is very impressive. Breakfast is great although in limited choice. Overall satisfy and will come back here again for sure if we have an opportunity.
