Staff was friendly and welcoming as well as my room was great. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area

Everything was excellent except for the lighted signage not working or not turned on. I’m blind in my left eye and it was difficult looking for a lit sign while driving

Hotel is going through a remodel. Two of the 3 rooms we reserved were very nicely remodeled. Very close to airport which was convenient for early morning flight. Staff was very polite & accommodating..

It is nice to be close to the airport. It didn't offer an airport shuttle which was very disappointing. The TV remote didn't work so we had to change channels and adjust the volume on the TV itself. The phone wasn't connected so we couldn't call to get a wake up call or to order food.

Property was under construction, lobby was cluttered with either old furnishings or new? Construction debris in halls, elevator,etc. Transient type hotel across street- lots of people walking to liquor store a couple blocks away and carrying lots of alcohol back.

The room was nice, quiet and very clean. The staff, no matter who we spoke with, were always friendly and accommodating.

My stay was excellent. Completely new/renovated room. Very nice and spacious and very quiet.

The toilet in our room did not always work correctly

Our rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy. Staff kind and helpful. Morning breakfast was good with lots of choices that satisfied everyone in our group and. Lots of construction/improvements happening in and around building but the pool and exercise room were open 😊

Check in was fast and easy, staff was so helpful and kind! Room just renovated. Super spacious and highest ceilings I’ve ever had in a room. Bed was super comfy!

My husband and I have two dogs, and we had a great stay. We had a suite, plenty of room. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. And always a treat when you don't have to make breakfast!!

Good overnight stay

The staff was very friendly. The interior is beautiful. The exterior is being remodeled and is in a neighborhood with few amenities nearby. However, i would definitely return.
