Absolutely fabulous place to stay. I had plans to propose to my girlfriend and the staff worked so hard to ensure everything was special and perfect. We would stay here again, 100%

This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it! So quaint and comfortable yet still feels luxurious. Love the boutique hotel feel.

The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. The last text I sent wasn’t responded to… The whole property is gorgeous. The decor is one of the best we have seen… the DeGournay wallpaper in the restaurant was stunning.

Definitely a hotel that tries to be super nice. While surely some nice amenities, beautiful spa, pool, and restaurant, some things are a bit odd for such a pricey hotel.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! My wife and I had an exceptional experience. Great service that included complimentary champagne. The food at the hotel restaurant is DELICIOUS! Rooms and the entire property is so clean and detail oriented. We are definitely making it a tradition to come back a couple of time a year. CHEERS! :)

Recently renovated, very helpful friendly staff. Nice relaxing pool area.

The best friends getaway with our kids. We had delicious food, a great room, weather and walkable to shops and restaurants. Would go back with my husband or for another girls weekend next winter!

Charming property and very friendly staff

I have been visiting palm Springs for years. This has been my best stay. Not only most of the "famous" hotels have been somehow abandoned and catering to party crowd, this one felt like a gem: The service amazing, the room superb, the cleanliness amazing and can I talk about the custoized plate they made for us for our hotel room door? 10/10. Will come back.

Great service, staff is very attentive. Rooms could use full length mirrors, a desk and better lighting. The bathroom lighting is very dim.
