No good

My go to place to stay every time I’m in AC and I haven’t been there since pandemic (4 years) I would recommend to anyone

The room was not up to my satisfaction

Our room had damaged flooring, black mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The toilet squealed for over 40 seconds as it filled. The room smelled over whelmingly of bleach and cigarettes under that. The light switch was duct taped to the wall! There was a fridge in the room but no other appliances. No coffee maker, no microwave. We were charged $10 per day to park there. The “continental breakfast was served across the street at another hotel. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. We checked out and checked in next door. This was to be a birthday get away for my husband. Thankfully the Clarion had a room available! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Everything is so broken down and dirty looking. The furniture needs to be replaced. The bath tub needs resurfacing. There was a big patch on the bathroom door that they didn’t repaint. The fridge was dirty and the freezer full of ice. There was no where to put anything on the refrigerator door because all the things were broken off. The bathroom floor towel was dirty. The bed sheets and the other towels looked clean. I had a terrible stay and would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there.

Early check-in was accommodated. Location in walking distance to everything we planned and parking was affordable.

It was a very good experience

Staff was amazing but my bathroom door would not close until you slam it. Sheet had a stain on it also they had people blocking the way to get out that was painting. The hotel needs to be repainted touched up during less busier times when you don't have guest staying in a hotel. Maybe a slow weekday. They also should update furniture and the look of their Motel. I'm sure they are cheaper than the resorts, but they need a makeover bad. Again, staff wasn't a problem very amazing and friendly.

The place is dirty, it’s smell horrible, the service is bad. There was a customer complaining of bedbugs. We didn’t wanted to stay because of the horrible smell in the room and they didn’t do anything. When you make the reservation it says not refundable for a reason, they know what they are doing.

Nice to be in the middle of town ! But if your looking for admenities look else ware . A plain Jane would be correct

Light broke apart at the touch of turning it on. Bathroom toilet barely flushes, hotel room I stayed in had no extra security lock for my safety throughout the night the chain was completely missing, staff assumed I was drunk because I had a great time out and I’m a good spirited person so I guess my energy and picture of character threw him off or even made him assume that… I have a very high tolerance and I really wasn’t drunk, just was getting the experience of feeling nice and relaxed on my vacation from work but Iv felt very uncomfortable for my stay not only that I’m 29 I can handle my own and I know my limit knowing I have my daughter and baby son with me

it was literally so many roaches

The front desk staff was extremely rude and had an attitude. There was mold due in the rooms and I had my daughter with me who has asthma which made the environment extremely unsafe for her. When we brought this up to customer service they fault me to get a refund. Overall I would have rather spent in my car in a random parking lot.

Rooms are in very bad conditions. staff are very polite. Excellent location close to Tropicana, beach and restaurants.

Bedding clean toilet broken

Cheap, dirty, ok breakfast.

It's a good motel with parking for $10.
