The hotel staff is not very helpful for questions outside their duties. For example, not knowing when asked where to repair a suitcase. There is no laundry machine in the building, it is in another building (back of the road).

All good, but it would be great if the hotel provide ramps for wheelchair or stroller at the entrance

The room is very small and the air conditioning is hot 😭.

The room has an air conditioner but is hot. The old air conditioner is an air center and cannot be like the old model, not good.

The location of the hotel is good, there are restaurants and near convenience stores, near metro inaricho and jr ueno. Friendly reception staff. You can leave your luggage and go out to travel. Near jr ueno station, room was clean and staff is very helpful. The minus one only the stairs in front of the hotel, not comfortable if you bring large luggage.

Dusty banget roomnya. Apalagi di jendela, tebel banget debunya. Mau minta cleaning service bersihin dulu kayaknya tidak ada cleaning servicenya juga, receptionnya sepi banget

I don't realize that I would get room with the bigger space than I think haha the bathroom is really nice, because it has a big size actually if I come to tokyo I would back again to this hotel and would tell all my friends to stay here if they go to tokyo. thank you

The room is mediocre, but the facilities and accessibility are very pleasant. Recommended for those traveling alone or in private.

Hotel japan standard and good

Nice hotel with ok space, bed is comfy, got lot if pillow (3 each pax) , free luggage locker, only coin laundry missed.

Comfortable enough, close to the station. But there are 15 steps to go up to the hotel lobby, making it difficult to lift a suitcase.

It's troublesome to carry a suitcase, because you have to go through the stairs.

The room looked exactly with the picture, big enough room for 3 people. Near Ueno station.

The room for 3 people is awesome, big enough. The location not too far from Ueno Station.

The service are very good. The room & bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean & the hot water systems ran steadily. Love it. Yet, the location is a bit far from Ueno Station, about 10 minute walk. You might take a subway to Inaricho station and it's only takes 2 minute walk to the hotel. Yet, the station is very small and don't have elevator down to the station. so, it might not comfortable if you carry the big luggage.

The room is small, it is not recommended for family vacations because it cannot fit many suitcases, for locations close to the station, looking for food is easy, the environment around is comfortable and clean, the service of the staff is friendly.
