Uncomfortable bed, skimpy pillows, noisy fridge and ventilation system, broken alarm clock, had to ask for drinking cups. Room was near hotel laundry and there were loud voices and screaming children til about midnight from that area.

What i didnt like they are not very helpful on ones situations they are very rude

I found trash in the dresser drawer. The building doors were propped open by rocks, so random people can come in and out, and it was ghetto.

No hot water in shower

My stay was excellent when I was checking in the front desk, the young man was very nice. My room was clean and smelled so good then I go check out the next morning and miss Aesha was very nice and bubbly

Both rooms had bloody mattresses and were dirty, and missing curtains.

All was well. My one complaint is that I had a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes.

Hi we had reservations to stay here on thanksgiving day, we walked into the hotel and it smelt horrible, like mold. We get to our room the sheets were dirty and there was black mold growing rapidly in the tub and on the floor. And the room itself smelt horrible. Needless to say we left and didn’t stay here.

Took over 10 minutes to be let in to check in. Poor smell in hallway of room. No coffee machine or any cups/glasses unless you call down for them.

Heat didnt work in the room i was in it got cold

yesterday saturday i made a reservation for extended stay America in Raritan center in edison nj. for a 1 queen size bed. when i arrived they stated that they only had a room with double queen beds. the cost that they offered me was not the same as i paid online. the front desk rep said he could not change the price because i made the reservation through Expedia . i called Expedia and spoke with mr saddy and he had me on hold for for almost 2 hours. mr saddy gave me number to call for them to resolve the situation. i called and wasnt given any help. they told me i had to pay the difference but expedia confirmed the reservation with a lower price.

I give the room a 3 out of 10. The bed was more like a twin size, the recliner was hard with a big tear in the middle of the seat, the tv is extremely small and low, the table didn't have chairs to sit and eat, the bathroom tub drips and the sink is stopped up. Everyone knows to put the tissue over and not under..lol. I may change to a 2 out of a 10.
