I came around 2 pm & I get it room wasn’t ready so front desk told me they would texts me so went swimming didn’t get a texts so I ask a worker that was at the pool so he reached out to front desk they finally sent me my room number by a texts after 4 pm

Food was horrible

Merry Christmas, for everyone that work at Wolf Loudge. Amazing stay, super clean, spacious and big size bed.

Because I used a third party, my wait in lane was an hour and a half. I only had one and a half hours for the water park. Why did we deserve that?

Check in was painfully long. Room wasn't ready at check-in. Was told we will call you when it ready but never got a call. Pool area was awesome.

We stayed overnight, participated in the dance party with our 5& 12 year olds, all 4 kids, aged 5, 12, 15, & 20 played the Magiquest game, we ate the breakfast buffet, and stayed at the Waterpark to play after checkout. Everyone had a great time, and it has become a must-do family Christmas tradition for us.

Beautiful place, our family enjoyed the property, close to many things, water park was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a blast celebrating my 2 yrs old daughter’s birthday with the family. We have 2 teens and they enjoyed a lot.

Every thing an an the staff was very helpful

The hotel and rooms were nice. The room was large and layout was great. But best of all the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Staff worked at making things easy and seamless. The water park was fun and our 10 and 8 year boys loved it all and were worn out. We did not eat at the lodge but ate out and brought snacks so I cannot speak to food. Also we did not purchase any extra activities there either. We did rent a Cabana and enjoyed it and the privacy. Will be going again and only staying 2 nights (swim the day of, after check in and the next day leaving the following) we stayed 3 nights but honestly 2 nights is enough. Went to Grapevine Mall definitely a must as well as in and out burgers. My husband was disappointed there was no workout room which was on the website.

The staff was the best! They made sure my kid's stuffed animals were returned to my room when we lost them! Loved every second of our stay! Each little detail was perfect 😁

Our visit to GWL is always awesome! The staff is helpful, plenty to do, and is conveniently located to other attractions.

It was good

Someone else’s sock was in my room, sink was leaking water, restaurant selection was limited, double charged on my billing, lack of empathy and waterpark safety was lacking. First time there and was very disappointed overall.

If you come be prepare to spend a lot of money

They charged us for stuff we didn’t even get and the service was horrible and very overpriced
