The property was clean. Staff was nice and breakfast was excellent. Two problems: 1 we had no hot water both days, when I talked to the night desk second day they said they were aware and had techs working on the problem. They were not sure if it would be fixed that night. The morning we left the desk tried to tell us that we weren’t using the shower right and the sink wasn’t supposed to get hot. Second the instructions on the ac/heater was worn off and we had to experiment to get it to work. Overall, the place was clean and the breakfast was good, just wish I would have had hot water to take a shower. I don’t believe I got everything I paid for. Steve

We only stop for sleep, but I will say easy check in, clean and safe, the best part the breakfast warm and delicious and is free.

The hotel needs updated furniture and location amenities. It's also the most expensive hotel in Wilcox, AZ, compared to all others. The value vs. price is just not there. You can just increase your prices or upgrade rooms to ensure the cost is precise.

The check in went great and our room was very clean. Breakfast was served in the mornings with a variety of different dishes to enjoy. Overall we enjoyed enjoyed our stay.

It’s super convenient that the supercharging station is right in the parking lot of the hotel.

Front desk lady, when checking out, was yelling and cursing in the background before dteppingbiut front. Very loud and then curt with my request for a receipt.

Served our purposes, clean, friendly, good breakfast-but could use some refreshing and fixing up.

Loved this hotel, the peace and quiet. The room was large and very clean. Everything looked new. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

Best breakfast in 10 years we have encountered at motels when travelling. Windows opened to Allow fresh air

Holiday Inn Express is very reliable. They are always clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great amenities.

The beds were horrible

Nice room, friendly staff, especially the young man in the breakfast room. He was keeping food warm, greeting guest, and constantly cleaning.

The staff was really nice and quickly resolved my issues. The biggest problem was all of the issues. Place feels a bit run down, but clean. Old clothes left in the drawer in the room, tub didn’t drain well, shower head was clogged up. TV was really old and the volume didn’t really work. Again- staff was really responsive and kind. However, I would not stay here again.
