Not that great value for money, if you wanted the whirl pool it was CHF60 extra however the minibar was included which I would have swapped anyway. Appreciate the return on stay for the hotel but it has that cheap vibe. Service on the other hand was excellent, staff where top notch!

I only stay in the Eiger in all my Grindelwald trips. Over the years, it’s just gotten better & better..

Perfect location in Grindelwald for shopping, restaurants, and walk to ski gondola. Outstanding service and breakfast buffet.

The hotel room view is amazing . The check in is smooth and service is good. Grindelwald first is just 5mins walk.

The view was beautiful

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Melanie. Wanting to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our stay. The hotel was very clean and we loved the free breakfast. Would highly recommend.

A very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The workout area was a nice touch to start my early mornings. Great location. Very close to the gondolas up to First and it offers tremendous views of the surrounding mountains. If I am ever back to Grindelwald I will stay again

The location of this hotel was very close to the bus and train stations. We were able to check in early since our room was ready. We got the room we requested and it was very clean and cozy. Pillows, sheets, towels were all very clean and comfortable. We booked an excursion through the hotel staff and they were very helpful and nice. We included breakfast in our stay and it was delicious and the best we had throughout all of our stays.Hotel has a very nice vibe and would definitely recommend. One thing to note that is not related to the hotel exactly but the area is hilly, so if you have trouble walking, it may be an issue.

The room is big compare to other hotel. We got upgrade to suit which has a garden outside. Sitting there is very relax after a long walk during the day. The drinks in the mini bar are free as well. The coffee machine in the room also very good. Highly recommend to others.

The views from our room were stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the breakfast. Only downside were the pillows.

Unpleasantly hot in the summer, even in early September! I was aware at time of booking that there is no AC, but I was not aware that the room doesn't have any windows that can open! On the plus side, the included breakfast was the best I had in over a week in Switzerland at four different properties.

Melanie was fantastic checking me in and giving me all information I need about my stay. I felt very welcomed. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed in it! They views from the room was amazing. Thanks!

Beautiful property, very clean, excellent location, very nice staff

Staff are plesant. Breakfasts were delicous. One of the owners checked in the mornings at breakfast to see how we were faring. Hotel is centrally located, has a fully equipped gym, has a wet/dry sauna amd gym classes. The only thing that I didn't like is lack of personally controlled ac or heat. But the personal touches provided by the hotel more than outweighs this.
