Hotel im Grunde gut. Aber hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. 18€ am Tag und alle 4h neues Ticket ziehen. Naja. Ach und das „Hauseigene Restaurant“ war von 3 Nächten 2x für eine Private Veranstaltung geschlossen gehabt. Also im Voraus ein Restaurant buchen. Positiv: liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof und ca: 10 min Fußweg vom Zentrum und 15min von der Mosel.

Lovely hotel; not too big, not too small. Friendly helpful staff, friendly quiet guests, small but perfectly adequate breakfast. We stayed with our two children in a family room and it was a good size with plenty of room for us all. Stayed in July and it could have done with aircon but not too bad. Parking was on street but right outside, limited to 4hrs during 0800-2000. Pay by phone app made it easy and we were only there overnight so time limit was not an issue. You might need to move your car if you stay longer but there were signs to multi-storey car parks. By train, it’s right opposite the main station. 5-10 min walk from shopping, 10-15min walk from the famous “corner” where the rivers meet and the cable car to the hill fort. Really good location for the price; good value, clean and comfortable. Would happily use them again.

The room was very big. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a little cigarette smell not sure from what since the hotel is non smoking but didn't bother us too much. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel, location is right next to the station, easy and friendly check in and check out. Rooms was spacious, shower was very good, and it had comfortable beds.

Kleines schönes gemütliches Hotel mit Charme, sehr freundliches Personal .Das sich um seine Urlauber kümmert und immer hilfsbereit ist und Auskunft gibt. Wir werden beim nächsten mal wieder da buchen.

Schönes Hotel am Bahnhof, Zimmer groß und sauber, Betten bequem. Leider war das Personal zum Frühstück alles andere als gut gelaunt.

Sehr zentral mit Räumen für 4 Personen

Das hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, von dem man aber nichts hört, in einem schönen Altbau. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber funktional.

Hotel was conveniently located near the train station in a safe and clean area. The Deutsche Eck, rivers, and other attractions are a pleasant 30 minute stroll. I was early for my check-in, but the staff allowed me to store my bags. The room was ready promptly at 2:00. The breakfast service was good with lots of options. The room was clean, modern, but it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The WiFi was a bit spotty and could only get a strong signal near the room door. Despite these, I would definitely stay again

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Zimmer groß, Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbelegung; modern ausgestattet. Bad war ebenfalls groß und neuwertig. Gutes Frühstück - aus Pandemie-Gründen am Tisch, sehr freundlicher Service; alles was das Herz begehrt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Ein Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl sollte unbedingt gemieden werden, da man diesen permanent hört. Das Bett in meinem ersten Zimmer war steinhart. Ich konnte das Zimmer jedoch problemlos wechseln. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, aber nichts Besonderes.
