This hotel is directly across from Sea World. The staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding several requests I made (we needed a couple more towels and a couple more of the in room coffee packets). The room layout is different from other places we’ve stayed. There are sliding, frosted glass barn doors for the shower room and the toilet room that didn’t close all the way which was a little awkward between 3 friends but it worked out. I would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful, clean rooms and excellent service! My son brought his Nintendo Switch and had trouble connecting it to the tv in the room. The Service Engineer that was sent to help us, Jonathan, was so nice and had everything hooked up in a flash and assured us he would be back immediately if we needed anything else that evening. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and there were plenty of clean tables available for seating. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future!

The people at the front desk were amazing. The breakfast was so good and convenient. Nice parking, it’s near parks and restaurants and they include shuttle buses as well. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and smelled great. Everyone was super nice and it was an enjoyable stay!

We spent 3 day at this property, selected an accesible room and the toom itsels is pretty big an comfortable, the only problem was the shower as the water run outside of the shower and the whole floor was wet, kind of dangerous. But in general the room was comfortable, quiet, pretty basic but we'd stay there again

Property very close to SeaWorld and Aquatica.

overall a great experience. Only downfall was that it lists that SeaWorld is a 7 minute walk. It is not. It is about a 30 minute walk to the main gate. Even with that We would stay again.

Room very clean and spacious. However, the bathroom shower needs attention. It was dirty and mole in the corners. The toilet kept running all day and night which woke me out of my sleep several times.

No hot water in the room. Staying with 2 kids and 2 adults and no one can take a shower.

It was pretty close to sea world, they offer a way to get there but the times they offer are not that convenient, the room was clean but the second day of our stay there was no cleaning service

There is a hidden 18.00 parking fee that they don’t tell you about until you arrive at check in. By that time it’s too late to try and back out. Days in is also close and has no parking fee.

Very Large, Clean Rooms. Shuttles to Seaworld. A variety with their breakfast. This was a perfect stay!

Delicious breakfast, nice rooms!

The property itself was great. The only suggestion we would have is change up the breakfast more with different meats like bacon and more fruit as there was always non left. I would also suggest keeping your coffee out longer as some guests do not like Starbucks. Otherwise everything was great for my wife Holly and I.
