nice hotel and very close to Tokyo Big Sight. Easy access to Odaiba or Toyosu area. The only downside is that this hotel is not affiliated with Yamato transport for luggage delivery

Room is big for 3 person, but the layout is not good, they make it like labyrin. And nobody know exactly about the information for luggage accepted in the taxi to airport. But the staff is friendly and there is free shuttle to Disneyland.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The room size is large compared to other standard hotels in Tokyo. The location is in Tokyo Bay, a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Flanked by 2 train stations with a distance of less than 1 km each. Pls note both of these lines are private lines, which may affect your transportation budget. There is a Lawson convenience store inside the building. Very plus point, this hotel has a direct bus to the airport and a free shuttle to Disneyland. This is very important so that it is not difficult to drag suitcases on the train. Another bonus point, there is a foot massager in the room.

The hotel is cool, it already uses a self check in & check out machine, we happened to choose a suite because there were 4 of us with children, the room was spacious and there was 1 extra sofa and the bathroom had an onsen with a separate shower, this was the best, 10 This is the first time I've found a hotel in Japan that has separate bathtubs and showers hahaha. So when you shower, you don't need to get into the bathtub. There is a coffee machine, kitchen, stove + washing machine which dry immediately with prices that are still reasonable on weekends. Plus there is a free shuttle to Disney, and if you want to go to Narita, you can wait for the bus in the lobby. Also flanked by 2 train stations. Anyway, it's strategic, the building next to it has a supermarket that is all-in-one and cheap. There is a 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor, you can buy souvenirs for snacks there. Then breakfast is only ¥1,650 and it's really delicious. Don't regret staying here

Facility and toiletries are excellent, especially the foot massager. The air conditioner works too well, because we feel very warm at winter, but I don't like it to be too warm..
