Dear Bayu A., We already had this review with you on google map and after our reply you deleted it, why? And now you post it again here and please let us answer it again and stick to the truth. First of all there is no problem with you, it was with your mother, she booked 3 Standard Rooms for 6 people and arrived with 7 people, and that is no longer children who of course can stay for free in existing beds when under 12 years old . Years, but your child is a teenager aged 14 years, so of course there will be a fee, but it also includes breakfast. We have proper rules like any serious hotel which you can read clearly on all our websites, we advise every guest to do this before booking, and moreover we are a boutique hotel and not a homestay where you can bring everything from outside like food and drink, but we provide a large restaurant and bar inside which of course has to make some money. And your mom wants to have her own private barbeque by the pool, sorry that's more than impossible. Each room gets free bottled water, one per person and if you need more of course you have to buy it. For cleanliness and bugs in the bathroom I will not answer then we are a very clean hotel which you can read on the internet in serious Reviews about us. Parking is free and when full there are plenty of parking spaces along the road in front of the hotel. We provide the latest Smart TV with internet streaming with many free channels such as YouTube, Google movies, Vidio Application and many more, additionally we offer Netflix access for only Rp. 18,000 for a day, we don't think it's too expensive. And to fix this too, of course you can meet friends or family in our hotel, but not in the room, only in the public areas of the Hotel such as the lobby, lobby lounge bar or our restaurant.
