Think that sheets and towels could be newer they look dingy. The breakfast area looks great! I have come to this hotel several times and will continue. Think it needs a new paint job, but the same color. Overall my stay was good!

I liked the garden and pool. The food in the restaurant was very good. I did not try the buffet so I can not speak to that but room service and individual dinners were excellent quality. The bar did not have permanent staff so the cocktails were average and the beer choices were very limited. I really think this was better pre covid although I have never stayed here before. The staff was friendly and our language barrier was well tolerated by them. I was always greeted with a smile. The staff was also being covid safe with checks of temp and hand sanitizing at the door. The sink leaked and ran across the floor in the bathroom. I stayed in what was to be an upgrade from the king suite which I checked into first. The only upgrade was the size and the central location in the building as well as on the fist floor. It was the "cabin" room and mine was a handicapped accessible unit for whatever reason. The furniture was a bit frayed, chipped and damaged but that did not disrupt mt stay. A more fussy person might be annoyed and I do believe it could be in better condition. I recommend the King suite unless you have kids or 2 couples and want a separate bed and also be close to the pool.

What I have always like about this hotel is the cleanliness of it, the rooms have a great presentation. The patio is my favorite, true Mexican colors, I have stayed at Mission Sur about 7 times. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist. Really enjoy my stay!

Old rooms, nasty carpets, old matrices, it was really cold no heater, they had construction going right next to my room smell like paint all over, the exterminator spraying in the dinning room with people there. The people is nice but the place is really dated. Next time I will book with someone else with real information on their website

Arrived early - I told them I would be arriving early after a long overnight haul. No early check in, no room available. They could hold my bag but I would have to stay on the couch in the lobby until something was ready. After many hrs a room was ready, so I went ahead. I booked a room for 3 adults with 2 queen beds (weeks prior to arrival). They literally found the tiniest room in the hotel....certainly smaller than ALL the other rooms for 3 full grown adults. Room 103 - go check it out yourself. Windows open into a wall with a continuous banging noise outside. Again a room for 3 adults, and as simple as it may sound....everyday they only bring 2 towels! and we had to ask every single time for an extra towel for a 3rd person! Restaurant food is sub par, continental breakfast is sub sub par. Most people are friendly at least and attempt to help, but never do. There is one lady who works the front desk every morning....blunt & rude and not helpful at all. All in all......I won't be coming back

The hotel is a bit pricy for the value you get, it is just an ok. The photos show very nice and renovated rooms, but the truth is that they are very old and the beds very hard. The breakfast buffet has a variety, but few people attending the bar to prepare at the instant food. The yoghurt is very low quality. The good things: fridge in the room and the gardens and the pool are very nice. It is interesting that the manager of the hotel just replies to the outstanding reviews here, instead of ones rating it low.

Hotel is in need of renovation specially the carpet and bathroom. Went there for the fair location is good since taxis are very affordable. Other than that the staff was friendly and great. For the price the hotel is a good value.
