I was there for a professional event, the organization was great, the event room was really nice, awesome view. I didn't use the service neither stayed in a room. It is very well localized, a few blocks away from a beautiful park, Parque do Ingá. As a whole, I recommend the hotel to everybody.

Very clean, good wifi, spacious room and also very polite staff. Only problem is the darkness of the room. I stayed 810. they seems took out of lights from the room in the past.

Beautiful city, great location and courteus staff. Their rooms however are dark, hot and the Internet connection is impossible to work with. Very easy fixes. Just some feedback.

Always a bilingual staff on site. Everyone's very friendly. Very good free breakfast. Wifi is really bad other then that everything's good.
