Room assigned was less than satisfactory for a four star hotel. AC on the blink too often everyday. TV did not work most of the time. Once the water in the bathroom was off completely. Huge inconvenience. Staff at front desk were not supportive. Dining room staff was great and the saving grace. Final bill was beyond what was originally estimated at time of booking. Rate it as a two star hotel at best.

Allocated room was below average. Bathroom was inadequate, no tub, water all over the place after shower. TV on the blink mostly. AC randomly went off. Had to call to get it started again every time. Water in the bathroom abruptly stopped completely. Hotel bill was enormously exaggerated from what we expected to pay. Reception staff mostly unhelpful. Most certainly not a four star hotel experience. Dining room staff were great.

Everything was spotless

Lot needs to be done . Staff is friendly but needs lot of training , manners , service , Meals need lot of improvement Service is very very slow Place is under staffed , I had to look for waiters Even senior STAFF needs education , they were putting hand in GLASS Serving meals is way below standard Room # 107 the BATHROOM taps are dripping

The universal wall outlets needed an extra step to get our US adapter to work. If there are multiple folks per room please default to 2 keycards. A bit more in beer selection in the bar would go a long way. Focus on the little things to improve customer experience. Thanks.

At times they have water issues. One afternoon we were without water for over 2 hours. Security staff is very respectful and welcoming. Reception staff should also replicate that. Also certain basic amenities like tissues were not present in the room even though we booked their suite. Overall okay experience.

Clean room, premium shampoo conditioner, soap and lotion. I would recommend provide microwave oven in rooms for foreign guests.

Hello It was one of the worst experiences I had! The rooms were freshly painted and I have paint allergy! it got to a point that I was breathing heavy! by the time my room was changed I already fell sick and had an international flight to catch next day!

Your front desk staff needs lot of training and grooming. I stayed at the hotel from 13-15 and again from 16-17 May 2024. On 14th evening I had filled the Raddison membership form and given to the lady sitting on the front desk but till the time I checked out 2nd time on 17th May she did not take Any action on that membership form. On 17th at the time of checkout she told me she will email it to me but even 30 hours later I have not received the same. Wonder what is the basis for your selection of such incompetent staff

This was the worst hotel I have ever lived in my life so far. This hotel is not worth for even 2 stars. It was a dirty, filthy hotel. The room definitely had smoking smell. There were stains all over the place including the carpet, bath sink, table etc. The toilet seat has yellow stains. The worst part was the staff's attitude. They asked me once how my stay was. I told him all the issues and their response was "sorry". What do I do with your sorry? I paid $110 per night for this filthy hotel. I filed a claim against the hotel, sent them the pics and videos of the filthy place and was able to recover some amount of money. Never stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel i have ever seen the reception is thief the man in the morning shift he is impolite and a big thief i have cancel my stay there and he told me expedia will return your money when the agent of Expedia call him he refused to make a refund and when i face him he told me no I didn’t tell that they will give you he is such a liar
