Always lovely to stay for a few days, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms always spotlessly clean.

The hotel is charming—charming, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well cared for. It felt like a peaceful little retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day. That said, the location was a bit of a hassle for a tourist. It’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood, but getting to central London took about 30-45 minutes, even with good public transport. That added a lot of travel time to our day and made it tricky to get to the main sights quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, but it’s not the most convenient if you want to be close to the action in London.

LOVE this place. Just a unique place to stay -- rooms are adorable, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Pub downstairs is yummy. Just a flag that there is no elevator to your room so prepare to carry your case.

What a great find! A hidden gem of a boutique hotel. Customer service was great and the room was very comfortable with number of little extra touches. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. On top of that it is great value!

Lovely old pub hotel. Very comfortable rooms with high ceilings and sympathetic updates. Facilities within the rooms were on point and a decent bathroom with a double shower. The pub below is tip-top.

Loved the big bathroom and tge bedroom was really lovey with a fully stocked fridge.

Nice location- rooms were nice but up several flights of stairs with no elevator access. Bathroom very nice but bedroom smelled a bit stale. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice but other furnishings are a bit tired.

Great service

Overall our stay here was good. We were initially frustrated that our air conditioning wasn’t working at arrival after a long day of traveling and had to shuffle rooms. There are some minor problems that need to be addressed in order to make this place excellent. For example, the rooms are nice but the giant bright blue light on the card thing that activates the room lights and air conditioning was incredibly annoying while trying to sleep at night. Whatever air settings we would put our room on would reset in the middle of the night causing us to wake up super hot. The bathroom had some caulking issues within the shower which I expect could cause problems in the future. I went to move the vanity chair in the room and sliced my finger open on an upholstery staple. However, hotel service was nice, and the pub food was excellent. There is no elevator/lift so be mindful when booking of any mobility concerns. Would we stay here again? Yes, but this place needs to iron out a few things to be a top notch hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great value for our stay in London. Getting the tube into central was easy, we ate at the hotel and the food was fantastic. The room was small but very cosy and there was everything we would have wanted, such as coffee machine, comfy bed, toilet facilities. We will be staying again!

Simple hotel with very nice people running it. Lovely pub and food, nice clean rooms. We loved our one week stay and would absolutely stay again ♥️

This was my fourth stay at Brook Green, which has become my first choice hotel for staying in London. The rooms are great, towels are thick and luxurious, and breakfast is first class. The convenient situation between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush tube stops is also a definite bonus.
