Great room, great location. I'm leaving less stars on service because I wasn't offered a beer when I arrived, like the people in front of me, only water, which I thought was odd. and I also wasn't offered help with my bags which is the first time that happened in the five different hotels I've stayed at on my trip. I had to go find my room by myself and that place is a maze! Even more odd were the number of staff standing around that watched me struggle with my bags while I made my way to the elevator. However, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. And you can't beat the location, highly recommend if you need to catch a flight.

We arrived at the airport to find the on-site office empty but upon calling they told us to wait right there and the shuttle driver came to find us and help navigate everything. The hotel is beautiful and the room was great. Good food in the restaurant too. They have a scale to weigh luggage which was very helpful! Received prompt service back to the terminal 2. The hotel is attached to terminal 1. Highly recommend.

The airport location is great, an easy walk from Terminal 1. Everyone is friendly, and generally service is great. Rooms are a bit dated, AC is pretty loud, and we had a weird blinking light in our room which made it harder to sleep than necessary. Not terrible, but not highest level either.

Overall, service, hospitality, and room quality are excellent. Very convenient walking from Terminal 1 Airport. This hotel offers shuttle to Terminal 2. Many kiosk stores set up for currency exchange at the Airport; shop around and ask about fees (most do not charge a transaction fee). It would be nice if the TV were set up to receive streaming from a computer, tablet, or cell phone. When we checked in for the night, the internet TV was not set up for streaming YouTube or Netflix.

We stayed here on an overnight from the US, heading to Puerto Escondido early the next day. Our room had been newly remodeled, and it was clean, comfortable, etc. Not luxurious but just right. We stored a bag with them for a few days, and everything worked out perfectly. Staff was impeccable and friendly. Location cannot be beat if you're doing some version of what we did.
