The hotel is close to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque

Not worth it! Bought a Kaaba view, but it got cut off from the side

It is a very good hotel to stay during our umroh in Makkah

Very amazing hotel, location is near Haram, staffs are friendly and very helpful, but unfortunately booking on app is not taken into account in All Accorr points.

For 1 room for four people it's quite good. Traveloka's version of breakfast is for 2 people, it turns out the hotel version is different for 2 adults and 2 children.

bfast has more options, tastes good

Stayed in room 1426 and gotta shoutout to Mrs. Shahad at the reception – she was super helpful and welcoming! And Mr. Zakir from housekeeping did an awesome job keeping everything spotless. They both were super helpful and just the sweetest. Thanks so much! 😉.

The female receptionist was not friendly in welcoming, asked for a connecting room but was immediately answered that there was none without checking first, old furniture needed repair especially the bed, felt swaying because of the old springs.

Very good with competitive price.

The room is large and spacious with a view of the Haram, the male receptionist is kind and friendly (I forgot his name) because I brought a small child and the receptionist allowed me to check in early. It's definitely clean, the facilities are good, the food is good.

Okay, God willing, I will come here again if I do Umrah.

The room is very spacious and has a modern minimalist feel, very complete, fast reception, varied and delicious food.

Thank God, we got a harom view room, before check-in time (before dawn I could leave a bag filled with pkian) at the hotel so we could do activities at the harom without being burdened with suitcases even though before dawn the check-in time was quite far, and we could check out at 2 o'clock after midday prayers were finished, God willing, if I go on Umrah I will come back here again.

Good hotel. Near masjidil haram. Noce hospitality.

When checking in, you have to use a passport photo, it's not enough to just poke, the room was upgraded to a quadruple and the food was very Middle Eastern.

There are no toothbrush facilities, when checking in they always ask for the booking number even though it is already in the attached information in the Traveloka email, and the English and Indonesian language skills of the front office staff are not very good.

Their staff really friendly and helpful. And the room also very comfortable.
