Great experience

very fasting and access to the mosque is just up and down the elevator

Located in the Zamzam Tower, just a short walk to the Kaaba. Unfortunately, there is no direct elevator from the hotel to the ground floor. The room includes a table, making it convenient to enjoy meals. The staff are very friendly.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Makkah.

It is very easy to access the Grand Mosque and if you need anything, everything is available at Zamzam mall.

If you stay for umrah, Zam zam pullman is ine of the best. Easy in using lift to Haram.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The meals taste very delicious. The hotel very close to alharam.

Its nice to stay here because the hotel was very cozy and the receptionist (woman) very helpful and kind also patient while serving us about the booking id from the provider. Next inchaAllah will comeback for sure

Price and Spec of Kaaba View but what I got was that the Kaaba was not visible at all... if you pay attention.

Location inside zamzam tower, excellent place, near to masjidil haram, a lot of food stall at the zamzam tower, all your need in one place.
