Pros- Nice ambiance, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Cons- Breakfast lacked western options and decent coffee which was disappointing. Only Nescafé sachet. We went to London coffee for our remaining 2 breakfasts which was a short walk away. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant as it was Indian buffet. They had western options for room service though. Our room was upgraded for our 2nd and 3rd nights as our first room was close to the street and very noisy.

Needs upgrade. Difficult front desk man. Offered us dodgy incorrect exchange rate. Said he had no cash when we wanted to break down our currency but then changed his mind when challenged by charming front desk lady.

Part of our Golden Triangle trip. Thankfully only stayed for night, but was never offered a refund for the night we had pre-paid. Filthy room with food by the headboard, mosquitoes and a smelly mouldy fridge. We left our room to go for breakfast before checking out and then realised we had left our Multiplug in the room after leaving. Contacted the hotel, and they denied all knowledge. Strange how someone has 40min to 'check the room' but can't find it???

Before booking the hotel the pictures were nice but after reaching hotel room it was not same. The internet was not provided in rooms , room service charged extra, food served was not fresh and smelling but then also they charged us for that food. In breakfast the flattened rice (poha) served was oily and not hygienic. Suffocating rooms.

Receptionist were not friendly, on the day of our check-out they behind us like touters, we did not take the extra bed still they charged for it, rudely said it is included in your payment, nothing will be adjusted, along with that for some strange reason my HSBC card did not work, though it worked perfectly in other shops & restaurants in Agra.

Hotel is probably average for the area as far as facilities, looks, etc. What really sets this one apart is the staff. Rony, the morning front desk guy, is extremely helpful. We can't thank him enough for helping us set up everything we wanted to do (driver, massage, train tickets to our next destination, changing money). Yes, we know that many hotels will do this for you but there wasn't any upsell on the services we asked for and we never had to wait or re-inquire about something we had asked. He knows exactly what you want. This made our limited time in Agra much more pleasurable and allowed us to do everything we wanted.

Room was quite spacious and clean. Location is an advantage but you are max 20 mins away from Taj Mahal from any corner of Agra. TV/cable did not work. Frigdge was smelling bad. Bathroom is quite awkward where water runs all over if you take a shower, very weird. I actually hated the bathroom. No daily cleaning or room service during my 2 night stay. Nothing great about this place.

The room provided to us was of poor quality as the air conditioner was loud and we could hardly sleep after the tiresome tour of Agra. Even the curtains could not be drawn such that if you wanted to sleep late, it was not possible. The buffet breakfast was the biggest disappointment as we had hardly any choice to pick from and ended up eating bananas. The hotel should make it as a policy that the wedding celebrations should not be extended beyond maximum of 11 pm as in the state of Rajasthan as we were kept awake until 2 am to have some sleep due to the blaring sounds of the wedding celebrations going on at the lawns and us unfortunately ending up on the first floor. The cost of the food was terribly expensive and these are some factors that made us decide that we would never choose this hotel or advise this hotel to anyone else for the stay at Agra.

Made a wrong choice.....wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one. Rooms were stinking, had to change the room immediately after checking in. A very average hotel..

Room was poor, really dusty air conditioning, old rugs, dusty curtains. The aircon looked so dusty we choose not to use it. All hotel staff were always expecting a tip for anything, which made it uncomfortable. For example I went to swap a stained towel that was in the room when we arrived and the staff member stood there expecting a tip to replace a dirty towel. I also saw the bfast staff handling the bread with their bare hands, perhaps gloves or tongs would be better! Breakfast was western style, below average quality. Also, Upon leaving early in the morning we noticed hotel staff sleeping throughout the hotel including on the bench seats in the hotel restaurant, on lobby couches and also outside the hotel bar on the couch. Wifi is really good in the lobby area, super fast, doesnt work in room. please note, no complimentary water either which is amazing considering every other hotel will provide clean water. Mini bar items had MSP price of 10rs on them but hotel charged 25rs upon checkout! I know there are not alot of options in agra for this price range but I'd try elsewhere! This hotel is worst I've stayed in whilst in India.

Had 3 nights stay at the hotel. Booked executive rooms. The room was good but needed a better care. Taj Mahal is close by - 2-3 KM away - easily accessible with Rs 50 by auto. Also you can easily go to Agra Fort by auto with Rs 70-80.

We arrived and they weren't even aware of our booking, even though it was through Expedia... We were allocated 'standard' rooms instead of the deluxe rooms (not that there is much difference). The rooms were soooo dated with wires sticking out, a/c not working, gapping crack in the bath tub, sockets not working, smelly pillows!!! The next day we asked for a room change and were allocated a better room, but only slightly. The management are friendly and helpful, the porters are probably soo underpaid that they wait around for tips for doing the smallest of things.., as for the restaurant, we have been travelling all over Rajasthan for 4 weeks and this is the worst food tasted yet!!! The staff serving breakfast are soo miserable that you wonder why they even bothered!!! They all looked as if they had just got out of bed!!! Our taxi driver told us that the behind the scenes was soo disgusting in terms of hygiene that he refused to eat and went out somewhere else. Wifi is only available in the reception area of the hotel. They serve various tourist buses that come and go and I assume they allocate the good rooms to them. This hotel is very well located for the Taj Mahal but It's a shame how they jet themselves down, you can see they are trying, but hotel management need to travel and stay in other hotels to learn how to improve their services and we hat they offer... They need to instil confidence and responsibility in their staff, many looked like lost souls!!!
