Great staff!

Poor heating

Check in was easy and staff were happy to accommodate. Room was spotless and well stocked with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable and we slept rrwllu well. Breakfast haf a great tange of cooked and continental items too.

Overall an excellent service

The room i stayed in was tired. Stains in the shower, bedding (Although clean just stained) and light fixtures at eye level when in bed were pretty dirty. I was a little disappointed that the TV was pretty basic. Would have liked a smart TV to watch on demand but not the end of the world. For the price it was very good value and the staff were great on reception

Ok for the money, family room had a double (mattress really soft) a single and then a pull out trundle bed underneath very low to the floor and thin mattress. The room was ok and clean. TV on standard 5channels. Bar is tiny, one table smells not very nice and not a great experience. Good options are good in the services. Pizza Express, Nando’s, Leon etc. hotel seemed to offer food but no idea where they serve it. If your on a budget and passing through it’s ok, anymore than a stop over and I would definitely avoid.

Good stay: check in efficient; room 131 comfortable however walls a bit thin and not sound-proofed.

4 star service at reception but poor service at breakfast ..nobody around..even went into the kitchen to find a staff member and waited 10 minutes to sit down.. so fed up we didn't bother to eat it on the end..hot breakfast looked cold.. need electric points moved as no room to plug sm extension lead on and no usb points .. receptionist apologised..shame as the rest of the stay was good and nice enough room for the price

Property definitely require a make over. It's run down, carpets are stained all over and the sink in the bathroom keeps blocking. Staff was helpful and location is good.

Its a very convenient location with reasonable price but dont look for amazing interior.

The hotel is quite basic but clean, comfortable and friendly service. Just what you need

the place is NOT up to Ramada standard it needs a lot of money spent on it, in the room we had the bathroom sink tap would move by 30 mm, the sink would not keep water in it, the toilet roll holder was nearly falling off the wall the toilet seat was VERY loose. The heating control did not seam to respond to any instructions, you are paying an average price for a very poor standard room. It would be a long way down my list of hotels that I would want to stay at again!!

Cold bedroom Heating was faulty apparently in the bedroom Storm condition s So they moved me to better room Wont stay again

The property isbin a bad shape. Expedia should not recommend this property to travelers. Cost of reaching property by cab from Heathrow is 90 pounds

Room had what looked like snot down the wall. Key card didnt work to had to carry all my luggage back to reception and wait for someone to refresh it. Next day when i tried to use it, again wouldnt work....guy on reception found it funny. Went to check out and the woman just ignored me, so just had to leave the key on reception as no 'quick check out box' Free parking and free wifi good, and plenty of food and coffee places as its on a service station Quiet room was good.
