The resort has a lot of potential location and setup wise however, the service and meals need a lot of improvement. The staff was quite inattentive, slow and not always friendly (especially the breakfast staff would only greet western guests with a smile but not locals…). Simple request like asking for a bigger glass to drink out of was not possible. They referred to the smaller glasses. The breakfast is quite minimal and the dining/lunch menu lacks seafood options (one would think that's the most easiest ingredient to get on the island). Also, local Vietnamese dishes have to be preordered a minimum of 4 hours. The roof of the bungalow was broken and rain got through it. The phone didn't work to call receptionist. Also, the door of our bungalow could not be locked.

Enthusiastic staff, resort with many trees, very beautiful and comfortable. Swimming pool with sea view, there is a restaurant next to the beach but it was during the big wave season so the restaurant was closed. The food at the resort is delicious.

Honeymoon with his wife here. Everything is great, only wifi is a bit poor. Back Phu Quoc, I will definitely choose Phu Quoc Eco Beach Resort.

The view is beautiful, but the sea has jagged cliffs that are difficult to bathe. If you know many cliffs in the sea then you won't be in this place.

Minus: The beach has cliffs so it's hard to shower. Plus point: View is as beautiful as the picture, quiet

I like to decorate close to nature, clear sea, clean, beautiful and quiet. Attentive service staff, dedicated.

Perfect room from the hill view to the sea. Very unique bathroom. Beautiful place with friendly staffs and wonderful breakfast!
