This was a great resort. The staff were very helpful, the room was an excellent size, the bed was comfortable, and it was great having a kitchen to cook in. We loved the breakfast included in the room price and it was overall an excellent stay. Thank you!

Convenient location,.

Spacious rooms with cooking facilities if preferred. Breakfast was included and sufficient with pancake machine (yum) toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Staff were very helpful.

Overpriced , outdated , no smart tv for Netflix . No greeting on arrival , poor service ! Dirty towel left from previous guests. Window screen in kitchen off its hinges . And being charged $280 for one night . Such a rip off !!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Broome Time Resort and would never recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, I was bombarded with an attempt to cross-sell flights to Singapore before I was even given the keys to my room! It was tacky and unprofessional. Once I finally got to the room, it was an absolute disaster. Bugs and ants were everywhere, making it impossible to relax. The resort claimed they would service the room during my stay, but that never happened. There was no notice, no explanation, just negligence. The overall vibe of the place is low-class and rundown. If Broome Time Resort were the only available accommodation in Broome, I would genuinely rather sleep in a tent. At least then I’d know what to expect. This is the kind of place where, if you knew ahead of time how bad it would be, you'd stay far away. Bottom line: Avoid Broome Time Resort at all costs. I wouldn’t wish a stay here on anyone.

Was good everything I needed was available

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was included however well below average for a continental breakfast and most things had run out 1hr into breakfast. No water in dispenser. Asked x 2 for broken handle to be fixed, 8hrs apart and still not fixed. Washing machines dirty. Pool nice.

Was all good but do think the breakfasts need an overhaull. Especiall y when they served frozen fruit.

Really comfortable bed. The room in general was good, though proper bedside tables rather than a stool would be good. Having a fridge was excellent, although the one in our room was very noisy. We enjoyed the pool.

Nice pool. Room was very average. Light seeping in through windows at night, pillows were uncomfortable and the general manager was unhelpful. Would not stay here again unfortunately

When you pay that sort of money to stay in a "resort", I had expectations that were clearly not met. For example, the shower arrangement with a curtain that leaked onto the bathroom floor, bedside tables that were just stools, small tv where the subtitles were constantly displayed despite bringing this to the attention of management, wifi that was so weak in my room that I had to go to the office area to connect my laptop, and finally, staying for 9 nights and having the room only serviced once, 2 days before checking out. Really, 3 stars is being generous.

Good breakfast polite staff and convenient laundry unfortunately the actual accomodation not so pleasant Room was dated, dirty and poorly maintained Smoke free property but people smoking regularly in garden near pool Rooms advertised as soundproofed but can hear the occupants and tv in adjoining rooms and yelling from outside throughout the night Swipe card gate found left open multiple times when returning Room only serviced after the 3rd night We decided to move elsewhere after the 3rd (had 6 nights booked non refundable)
