Regretted for booking at the hotel for 3D2N.
The bed linen was damp for both beds, so as the pillow. Then the king bed spring was already badly worn which is sank deep inside when you sit/sleep on it. You can hear the spring squeaking sound. Feedback to the person in charge which is a foreigner. Well, he said it was alright to him and claim that he will look at it and "try" to solve the problem. While changing room might be the easiest solution which I had proposed to him, he just give me a look of "Well, let me think of it and I will come back to you". As expected, he never came back to me. At night, the WIFI is bad. You got the signal but it couldn't connect to the internet. Tried on 3 of my different hand phones to ensure that it was not my phone problem. Feedback to the person the next morning since there will be no person attending to you after 8pm. The reply I got is "Well, we knew the internet problem and maybe you can try the other floor wifi", which is kind of amusing as the other floor wifi signal is very weak and you could not get a stable connection.
While it is quite a good location, the staff service, bed condition is really a turnoff. Definitely will not recommend to others.
