Clean, comfortable beds although room small. Only one pillow on each bed; only one towel when we arrived.

Plain and simple... This is a perfect hotel if you need a place to stay while you explore El Istmo. It's clean with great air conditioning, next to a mall where you can catch a movie or even pick up that item you forgot to pack. The staff is polite, breakfast is included, the rooms, while small, are neat, uncluttered and clean and the AC is a welcome delight after being outside in the hot weather of this area. I've been staying here since 2018. I fully recommend ONE Salina Cruz if you're going to be in the area for a few days of work, or vacation.

Parking right in front of the hotel on reserved spots. It is not separated but no issues during the night. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. Bed was comfy and not too soft. Our room was facing the back of the hotel and it was quiet at night. Window does not open. You need to leave the A/C running all night. Free laundry (self-service). You just need to book a slot. Breakfast was decent. It would be better if they wouldn't use single use cups for coffee.

Stayed in this Hotel for 2 weeks. The location is very convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Another plus is that they have a washer and dryer you can use yourself by making an appointment. The rooms are clean but small. The complimentary breakfast would be better if they offered more of a variation but it was still good. They also have a shuttle that came in very handy. I would like to thank some of the staff members who were very accommodating and gave us excellent service: Andres, Juan, Alfonso, Gabby, Dona O and others. This is a very comfortable and nice place to stay. I would gladly stay there again.

The only comments on this hotel are negative. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. The best work to describe the hotel is basic, used mainly by workmen.
