Excellent experience

The staff was very friendly and the receptionist upgraded our room since the hotel was not as busy and it was wonderful.

The property is lovely and the resort fee includes access to the bathhouse. The perfect getaway to reset.

Expensive for what it is - rooms are tired and have poor polyester sheets and pillow - super uncomfortable

Beautiful

I was very disappointed. Not sure if it was because of the end of the season. We had a dirty robe that had makeup on it in the bathroom and a dirty towel that was folded back up and stuck in with the clean towels. Knew it was dirty by the sour smell compared to the other ones. It was extremely noisy and we weren’t warned about the noise that night. We know Montauk has a noise ordnance and this exceeded it. Very disappointing for the cost.

Our experience was horrible our room had roaches . When I called to tell them I wasn’t staying in the room they gave us another room I asked to speak to management and they never showed face the front desk was very unprofessional . If you are handicapped or with special needs don’t stay here as the facility isn’t handicap friendly. Only area is the pool and that’s basically it the lift is full of bugs and webs . They have steps in all there designated areas . I was very disappointed and don’t recommend this place no management skills and they need to better train there employees when we asked security where a room was he said I don’t know it’s my first day how are you security and have no knowledge of the property this tells me someone didn’t train him. Very disappointing we had such high expectations of this place

Room that we got was not even close to the online description. You have to drive to the main building, beach and restaurants or take multiple stairs and slopes( nightmare with kids). They said there is a car service but it stopped operating the next day we arrived. It is a very nice upscale resort but service is not keeping up accordingly.

Bath house was a game changer that had a sauna and cold plunge

Gurney's is perfect for a short reset by the sea with wonderful spa and pool. Restaurant onsite is v. good.

Beautiful resort, one of the best in the area. Not the first time staying here, but this time the description of the room was absolutely misleading. Room 601 that suppose to have “partial ocean view”, turned out to have no view whatsoever, being on ground level and surrounded by bushes. For almost $900 a night, very disappointing!
