Loved it! Great climate, good service and pretty nice facilities. Be advised to get bug repellent. Hotel provides free services such as bikes for a ride in an inner circuit and a tour for their own mini zoo.

I will definitely come back! The personnel was amazing and courteous. They went above and beyond for guests. Only problem it's far from main town and if you don't have a vehicle is a bit of a pain! Warning: mosquitoes everywhere, maybe management can do something to help control it. Highly recommended.

Very well situated in Lunahuaná valley with beautiful grounds. Restaurant food is well prepared but limited choice. One exception is the ceviche which I recommend you to skip. The rooms are big with comfy beds but they look outdated and I would expect this interior 20+ years ago in a roadside motel not a resort. Badly needs an update. They were not cleaned daily. Pool was very dirty and very cold although we were informed the pool was heated. No internet in the rooms??!? Helloooooo it's 2020! People work on the internet you know and need reliable 24/7 broadband access. The prices are high for what the hotel is at this time and it is not a very good value. If they take the things mentioned above and fix them, than the price would be in line with what is on offer. Nice place to spend a day or a weekend tops. We spent a week and got bored. Staff at the restaurant was great, the others were invisible. It has good potential that requires a sizeable investments in the infrastructure to get in line with prices charged and tourists expectations in 2020. It could be 5 stars but falls short. As it stands, it's just meh....

Beautiful resort with delicious food and drinks, good customer care, lots of activities to enjoy the site all day and night. Clean rooms, hot water, decent internet, a bit expensive but worth it's value.

Spend my Weekend with family here. Nice place only what was hard is for my baby to sleep as there was corporative party untill late. All rest is nice clean and food in restaurant amazing.
