The hotel is small, but everything exceeded our expectation. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The location is superb for visiting Geysir. Breakfast included at Hotel Geysir is great. We had a very good stay!

We were upgraded to the Geysir Hotel and had a great room. The breakfast had a lot options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property right next to where we wanted to be. Had dinner in the restaurant, and it was equally amazing!

I'd reserved a stay at the Hotel Litli Geysir but evidently got upgraded to the Hotel Geysir for my stay. Wow, what an upgrade. One of the most elegant and beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would have been happy sleeping in the lobby! Wonderful breakfast with anything you could want, and across the street from the geysers, so you could take a morning stroll before all the tour buses arrived. They even offer a wake-up call in case there's a northern lghts display during the night! A++

The lights are amazing for viewing the stars and Northern Lights. Close to the geysers and is easy travel to many many amazing sights and locations.

We were delighted to arrive to the Litli Geysir only to find out we were upgraded to the beautiful Hotel Geysir right next-door. We were not told the reason, but we certainly appreciated it. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the shower. We had dinner at the Hotel Geysir, which turned to be as expensive as a one nights stay in a hotel. $200 is pricey to have to send my fish dinner back to the kitchen because it was cold when it was served. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

This hotel worked perfect for a one night's stay. Each room had two twin beds and was minimally furnished (not in a bad way). Expresso machine was in the lobby with very cozy seating. The location was also great. The entrance to the Gysir was walking distance. We could also see other gysers from our rooms.

Clean and large rooms. Great location for Golden Circle route overnight stay.

Wonderful place

I was upgraded to the Hotel Geysir located beside the Litli Geysir. Very friendly staff and someone was always at the front desk waiting to help. We could see the Northern Lights from our bed. There was also a very delicious dining room downstairs with many different food options on the menu. A little pricey but worth the money.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The broken coffee machine was an unfortunate way to start the day

The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful - gave me directions to the nearest gas station and set up reservations for dinner.

There is a river/big creek behind the building that was such a peaceful view to be at in the morning. Walking distance to the geyser. Love the vibe in the hangout lobby area.

This is a really nice property within walking distance of Geysir. The rooms are large, modern, and have a nice big bathroom. The front room serves beverages but it’s so nice we wish they would have served some food options so we could spend more time in there. There is coffee with a nespresso machine near the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy room, very comfortable bed! The location was perfect for us to see the northern lights and geysirs.

I loved the clean and sleek style of this hotel. 10/10 would suggest this hotel. The breakfast was great! You aren't too far from the visitor center, which has a variety of food options. The Geysir hotel was a nice dinner experience, but pricey.
