Wi-fi is fast, rooms are old but clean, staff is extremely friendly, location is in the heart of Kadıköy. If you keep your expectations low, great place to stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms correspond to the description. The service is fast and excellent. The staff is very hospitable. And of course I recommend this Hotel in Kadikoy.

We spent 3 very overwhelming days in Turkey and people at Timya Hotel made it so enjoyable. They were very courteous, kind and accommodative. The rooms were okay for a price we paid, nothing spectacular but clean and cozy.

I have been staying at Timya many times and I can say that is the best hotel in this price range by far, the staff are super friendly cleaning is excellent it's close to the ferries and not noisy I will highly recommend this hotel 👍👍👍👍👍
