The cleanliness and smell of the room is not satisfactory. Dirty curtains. Old sheets just washed again. Experience for 3 rooms. The first room is just ok, the second room aircond is cold and there is a ceiling leak, the third room aircond off every 30min (timer set, can't turn off timer or reset) it's annoying to have to turn it on every 30min. The staff is very friendly, but the hotel service is not satisfactory. Thanks

The distance to the waterfront is not too far but not too close either. There are not many food stalls or shops around the hotel, there is only a claypot restaurant in the afternoon until night, and that is Ayce. The hotel staff are friendly, but some hotel facilities need to be repaired, because the hotel is old. The room's AC remote didn't work so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. The AC lift was also broken and couldn't be used. Many of the room lights were no longer on.

Hotel room was quite old. Really needs renovations in all aspects. As a single traveler like me, it may not a big problem actually. By the way, the receptionist quite friendly and helpful. Thanks for that.

A hotel that is suitable for family holidays with a budget that fits right in the pocket. friendly service, spacious rooms. But if you bring your own vehicle it is rather difficult to find free parking spots. The location close to the center of the city of Kuching is a plus, only about 15 minutes on foot.
