All was good except TV channels very limited and did not have reception for channels listed on their card

Everything was great could not think of anything to complain about. The breakfast, self serve, was standard.

Had to change rooms twice for uncleared fridge and smell in room. Carpets unvacumed and found personal item on floor

Pros: area is super quiet at night because it's like an industrial/business area; parking is right outside and felt like there were more spaces than guests so it was easy to park; room was nice and breakfast was delicious! Cons: bathroom was not very clean, there were visible spots of dirt and some hair on the floor.

Always a great stay, never any problems. Great staff. The property outside could definitely benefit from some grounds keeping but no reflection on our stay.

Bed were too hard

Broken elevator, broken shower, bathroom needs new caulking around bathtub, it’s almost black from dirt. However, front desk clerk was very helpful, because elevator was not working and my daughter cannot use stairs he immediately searched for a room on main floor.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Poorly lit bathroom. Noise easily heard from neighbouring rooms. Nice pool area, but needed cleaning. Breakfast okay. Easy, and free(!) parking.

Located near shopping.

This may be the only hotel in Hawkesbury. It needs to be remodeled badly. The wood trim, the floors. The mattress' are all worn out. I dont know if the owners dont have the money or just are not putting it back into the hotel. Its too bad because the staff were all great.

We were only looking for a room to have a comfortable sleep before continuing on our route. The room satisfied our needs,

It was comfortable and clean. Outside did not look as good as the pictures.

Utterly disappointed with my visit at this hotel. The amenities are run down. All of the staff were very noticeably sick. The continental breakfast was extremely lacklustre. The “heated” pool was not heated at all. Overall will never go back to this location. They receive 2 stars instead of 1 because the reception was overall very nice, it’s just unfortunate that the hotel itself is a decrepid.

Really nice breakfast and they kept it well stocked.

Hotel was excellent and staff was amazing. As our last stay on our vacation, this hotel had the best pool facility of them all. Pool, hot tub and steam sauna and the pool room had floor to curling windows on two sides so it felt relaxing unlike others where you felt you were in a dungeon. A must stay. You won’t be disappointed.
