The room is clean and well kept, but the outside is very poorly kept and dirty. It passes a bad impression, as it the whole place were abandon.

This is clearly a hotel geared up to accommodate truck drivers and others that have no other requirement than a bed for the night close to the motorway. Almost no evidence of staff and no one to call on in the event that you have an issue. It was not a pleasant room and smelled of damp.

It's not best location for Lille but staff, price, cleanliness make up for it. 15 mins into town centre €35 in zn Uber. The receptionist couldn't be more helpful, she was amazing. Thank you for making it a great vacation.

Great place to stay

We really like the B&B format. There duplex rooms are great for families. We only stayed one night but it was good and the location of this one is great for fast food etc.

What atracted us to this hotel was the room layout with the two beds upstairs above the bathroom, however, it was so small, stairs were steep and narrow, very difficult to move around, the walls were thin and we could hear people nextdoor having normal conversation. I guess it's what a budget hotel looks like, but for £10 extra we stayed in absolute luxury compared to this.

The room was very small, but it was clean & the beds were comfortable :) The Wi-Fi was sometimes good and sometimes bad. The room has a good blackout curtain so it’s stays nice and dark, so we both slept well. Also stays cool with air con. Microwave in reception was handy and also the free parking was great. Overall I would recommend and use again.

Air cooler did not work very well room was so hot could not sleep at all very disappointing was expecting better

B & B Hotels are convenient for an overnight stay, they are clean and comfortable

Good for business trips

Great room with mezzanine for the kids. Quiet at night despite being next to the motorway.

The room was ok although it was cold and there was no obvious way to turn the heating on. The room was quiet and well located near the motorway.

We got an very good service from the Staaf. After visiting an restaurant in the evening the mail Staaf stand smiling long after closing time and offer us the extra pillov we askt for. Many hugs ans thank you to him.

Great location, awful check in when reception was closed. Cleaner was so rude to my child, quad room with kids beds upstairs were amazing. Bathroom was not great, dirty and mouldy shower curtain

I think it's a perfect place to stay when you are driving and not needing to worry about parking. Plenty of food places around, Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger King, Steak place La Boucherie etc. However it doesn't have AC and it was quite stuffy in the room. Opening the window was too noisy. No kettle or hair dryer in the room.

I’m not a fan of hotels without receptionists. We arrived at 22:30 and struggled with the gate and computer check in system. The room was ok for the kids but overall cramped and not clean. Blood on the bedding! The booking was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for!

We asked for a quiet room and we got it. They say their beds are comfortable. They are!! The room was very small but very clean. The bathroom even smaller but the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Strange that they ask us to save water but do not put plugs in the hand basins. Beware of sever traffic congestion in this vicnity between. 16-30 and 19-30.

There had been a special event planned in Lille over this weekend which we knew nothing about as a consequence all hotels in Lille had upped their room prices quite considerably and even though the local Mayor cancelled the event due to the threat of terrorist activity the room prices stayed high! We did not know this and so felt badly treated both by Hotel.com and B&B hotel chain. We did complain at the time but was told there was nothing that could be done. we will check small print and prices in the future.
