We stay at the Roi any time we can when we travel to Paris, it is by far our fav property and our fav area (Les Marais). The rooms are always clean and equipped with all needed kitchen things, the staff is very informed and classy, they just opened their bar, it looks stunning and the location is just the best.

The Roi de Sicile we stayed in was the one on Rue de Rivoli. (There is another just a few blocks away). Upon arrival we were notified that our room had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom. We could see the Pompidou from our window, and we were just a couple blocks from the antique boutiques of St. Paul and the quirky mix of shops and restaurants in La Marais. Walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, metro stations and the seine. Perfect location.

This is a beautiful property in the wonderful Marais section of Paris. Easily walkable plus metro stops are nearby. Staff recommended some great restaurants to us, which were excellent. There is a fancy bar downstairs with both traditional and non-traditional cocktails and mocktails - ours were really good. The room was splendid: beautiful and varied lighting options, spacious, nice kitchen and roomy/elegant bathroom. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Great location to see all the attractions of Paris. Marais district perfect balance of a great location, yet the feel of local cuisine and shopping. Having a little kitchenette was really nice. Room isn’t big, but that’s Paris and besides you want to spend all your awake time exploring.

It's a great location. They have two separate buildings about a block apart. One building has front desk services, the other did not. Uber seem to have had a hard time getting to the property especially during the Olympics. The elevator in our building did not work. So it was very tough for my 72-year-old mother to go up and down stairs. The room is advertised as occupancy for up to four people. I would say three at best.

The staff was outstanding and kind. They were extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. They helped me plan some last minute things for my mother and made our trip so very special.

Just completed a stay at this property, which we chose after reading many reviews. I am pleased to report that the staff and the property exceeded expectations. This is a beautiful, well-maintained boutique property in a superb location and an outstanding staff. Super attentive and knowledgeable. We cannot wait to come back to Paris and stay at RDS again!!

This is a gem in Paris. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well designed rooms. Stylish lobby. Great area. Helpful staff. Highly recommend and will stay next time we’re in Paris!

Overall I was disappointed with this place. It’s overpriced. I paid too much per night for a small room with one tiny window looking into a small internal courtyard with a noisy kitchen at the bottom. The internet didn’t work for the first 3 nights I was there and there were several times I came back to the front entrance and the doors were locked. My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 consecutive days because the cleaning ladies misread the sign on my door. They were very noisy too. The doors and walls are thin so there is very little sound insulation in the building. Did not sleep well.

Perfect stay in a perfect city!

This hotel has been one of my favorites so far. The staff is absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the neighborhood is wonderful

An excellent apartment hotel, furnished to a very high standard with very helpful and courteous staff. The cocktail bar is a lovely relaxing area, ideal to wind down after a day sightseeing.

Small, personal and friendly, in a great location with great services in the vicinity. The only downside was the 7:30 AM courtyard garbage pick-up which acted as an alarm clock, which we gotused to

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. The location was great, close to transit and great food. The staff was amazing, kind, and helpful and we LOVED the remodeled hotel bar. We will definitely stay there again.
