There is a private beach and a very cheap menu The resort is old so the rooms are not like new resorts. But I think it's good. Walking to the beach, the beach has staff to clean the trash and it's not as dirty as the center. There are 3 private and large swimming pools: children, 1m8 and 1m5, families with small children should watch. The bungalow I stayed in was clean and airy, the design was a bit strange because as soon as I entered, there was a toilet 😂. I stayed here for 1 night and liked it better than at Centara. Resort has beautiful location, friendly staff

The food is bad, there are few dishes, the breakfast buffet is made up for nothing. 4-star hotel service is very bad compared to 2-star hotel. Will not come back a second time. Tolet is foul

Check in takes a long time. Horrible. Dirty, terrible facilities, calling to fix anything takes hours or is ignored. I was fooled by the pictures and the 4 stars.

Mr. bellman was very enthusiastic. And unfortunately that is the only thing I am satisfied with about the hotel. Really, I expect a lot from the resort to end my 5-day vacation. However, what I got in return is that the beach is very dirty and almost impossible to swim. Swimming pool has broken bricks, dirty and old. Pool loungers have pins as pictured. Scratch my hands and feet. As for the bedroom… haiz. I don't use any hotel towels. But towels like the picture are not acceptable. Breakfast has a few dishes and almost no seasoning. The restaurant staff is okay…. The elevator is old and the lights are flashing and it makes me think I'm watching a movie. Can't wait to go in again. Scary. There's no parking or I don't know. You have to park right on the slope. Pulling the handbrake to slide the car has to take the stone to block the wheel. However, the hotel campus has a cool and clean space. Except for the restaurant department, from the security guard, the reception is ok. Bellman seems the best. I looked at the reviews on google map, and I comforted myself that the hotel is not so bad. But in fact, I see that most people's comments are correct. Hope the hotel can fix it better. Well, near the resort, there is a muinehub cafe with many delicious varieties and reasonable prices. You can book grabfood to the resort for cheap.

The view near the sea is beautiful, but the upper part from the entrance looks so dilapidated, the room is degraded, the wc can't drain, the TV can't be turned on. Breakfast has many dishes but also bth, has a clean view of the sea and swimming pool

Resort có vẻ xuống cấp rồi, cũ kỹ quá. Phòng mình ở là bungalow nhưng nhà vệ sinh thì không thoát nước, cứ ẩm ẩm. Tivi thì không mở được. Nhân viên checkin thì lâu quá. Được cái đường xuống hồ bơi và xuống bãi biển đẹp thoáng, hồ nơi nước ấm trẻ em rất thích. Thức ăn thì tạm được

Phòng nội thất xuống cấp và cách âm quá tệ nên rất ồn ào. Ăn sáng ít món và không ngon. Chỉ có điểm cộng là nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ dễ thương.

Eating and drinking 9d, scenery 8d, room 6d, bathroom and toilet 4d, the faucet was boring. Overall, 3 stars is not a 4 star resort. Probably going on a holiday, so it's quite expensive to spend 6 million/2 nights, but if this place is cheaper, the experience will be fine

Too old, although the room is clean, it is too old. Not very well insulated. The swimming pool and the beach are also without lifeguards. The sea is too much garbage. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, có chút sự cố phòng , bạn nhân viên đã nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, xung quanh đang sửa chữa, cũng không ảnh hưởng lớn. View biển đẹp , đồ ăn sáng cũng ok , nói chung phù hợp với giá tiền , chụp được rất nhiều hình đẹp

Khách sạn nằm ngang đồi cát. View đẹp, sạch sẻ, nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng ốc có dấu hiệu hơi xuống cấp. Hồ bơi đẹp. Hài lòng!

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhưng khách sạn hơi cũ, mình đi lúc đang cải tạo lại nên hơi lộn xộn, ăn sáng khung từ 7h đến 9h30 nên khách dồn ăn nên hơi đông, được cái bị trí đẹp, tối tối chạy xuống mũi né ăn hải sản cũng ok, yên tĩnh dễ chịu
