Front desk was friendly and helpful

I didn’t check the area out. Was tired from traveling all day. I did have a loud child running up and down the hall for several hours. Also my hair dryer wouldn’t work in the morning. I didn’t have the breakfast because I left early. Was easy on and off the highway.

Wasn’t the cleanest, the breakfast was not very good, and the didn’t drain fast enough in the shower.

We had been in the road all day and it was 8:30 PM....we checked in....2 rooms. ...and they sent us up, and when we got to our rooms, neither room was ready!! At 8:30 PM!!!! That was totally unexpected, and unacceptable at that time of the night. No apologies offered, nothing! We just sat in the hallway waiting.

The staff was friendly, the room didn’t smell musty like many do.

Was in an industrial area. Wasn't always sure of my safety. Surrounding property was not very clean.

I had a good night's stay at the Best Western this weekend. However, I do have an Issue about the lack of security. There is a door on south side of building, to the outside, that does not lock. In fact, the lock is broken and does not need the use of a key at all. This is not safe for your patrons, and the reason I did give more than 3 stars for comfort.

This is a nice property, I have stayed here before, and it didn't disappoint this time.

The facility was decent but the clerk refused to check me out early (I needed to leave after only 1 day of my 3 day booking) due to it being through Expedia.

Everyone is so nice. Miss Carol and Kelly are the sweetest people. I will always stay here if I stay in a hotel around here.

Dirty room… strange hairs in tub and sink … breakfast was cold and tasteless

The property is clearly older but functional. We were there three days and had no room service except on day we did receive o new towels. Beds were not serviced or made, and I am certain the bath was not too. I had to ask for TP and fresh towels on the last night. I doubt there were more than 10-15 rooms rented. Breakfast room was large and the breakfast options were good. The room was cold due to air leaking around the heater unit. If we cranked up the heat it helped but then you have hot dry air to breathe all night.

We stayed over one night on our trip from Michigan to Alabama. hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great, beautiful dining room.

It was perfectly adequate for an overnight. Front desk was pleasant, rooms and breakfast adequate.

Room smelled musty.
