Having stayed at multiple hotels in Petoskey in the winter, we really enjoyed the Apple Tree Inn. The front desk was so nice and helpful during check-in, and when a problem arose they were quick to fix it. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was quite good.

Bathroom was terrible. Water went from hot to cold midshower. Almost burned my youngest child. Paint was coming off the shower walls while we washed. When I told the front desk they did nothing, just said they’ll look into it. Won’t stay there anymore

Staff was great especially the room cleaners. They did a great job with our room every day

It was a nice place ,we decided last min to bring our dogs,..our room was nice,though paint in tub peeling ,outside the patio door where to take dogs around ,had poop all over ,previous ppl had not cleaned up nor had thehotel..rather disgusting... Wasn't thrilled with breakfast choices either ..pool was nice ,hot tub was good ....liked limo service to n from casino n stuff

Lovely budget hotel with all day coffee and tea plus breakfast, hot tub, pool and weight room.

I got to check in early at no charge. That was great since I wanted to relax after a long drive. Breakfast was good, so was the pool. The housekeeping kept the room clean. I brought my own laundry soap since the dispenser was out of order. It's nice having digital keys for safety. Everyone working there was nice.

Very clean and staff was wonderful. Chose this for price and proximity to Boyne mountain. We were pleased with the three queen suite we booked.

They had a room available around 11 in the morning and they let me check in, also their breakfast was quit good

I stayed an extra day due to the weather. Everyone was so nice there from the hotel clerks, housekeepers, and the breakfast attendants. The pool and hot tub was nice. Beautiful view of the bay.

This was a sister’s weekend. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was delicious and with such a variety to offer. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk staff super kind and helpful. Pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub was a little too hot for me. We wanted to take advantage of the complimentary limo service, but we arrived late and didn’t have anywhere to go. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Always a great experience staying here! We love the free shuttle downtown and the continental breakfast is the best we’ve ever had!

The young man at the desk Saturday night 4:30pmish was super personable and a great conversationalist. Complimentary limo service really made our stay stand out from every other hotel we stay at and made a huge improvement to our night. We will be back next time we stay in Petoskey.
