The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. Made us feel comfortable and she shared great information with us for our two night stay in the area. Our room was spotless, fresh smelling and neatly dressed with all the features needed. Definitely worth the money and would come back again. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations. Quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped and beautiful gardens. And only a short walk to the Falls.

Great property. No restaurant but Conservation Hut (900m away) open for excellent breakfast and lunch

Loved it! Beautifully quiet amongst the trees you feel part of the forests around. Very spacious accommodation with all we needed :)

Was just ok. Apartments have everything you need. Advertised as luxury apartments - thats a bit of a stretch. Blue mountains is busy and overrated... far nicer locations to visit in Australia.

It is necessary to have a car. The property is dated, and not especially clean. Left the property almost immediately, no refund of course.

Nice quiet property

Quiet, spaciuos rooms with jacuzzi tub, small kitchette, 2 porches with tables and chairs, King bed, high ceiling, close to hiking trails in Blue Mountains NP. Only negative in no nearby dining, need to drive to Katoomba or Leura. still 5 stars for us

Closer to hikes. Very peaceful surroundings. Functional kitchen. Nearby to Katoomba. The only issue was the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Going in and coming out felt very unsafe. Water splashed on the tiles and we had to be extra careful.

The accommodation is lovely, though somewhat tired and in need of a good handyman to fix the broken bathroom blinds, etc. Management is wonderful! Lovely, cheerful lady and only too happy to rectify problems. Have stayed there before and would stay there again. too happy to rectify any problems.

Magnificent resort

Clean, quiet and spacious studio in a gorgeous location in the mountains. Close to walking trails. Very relaxing stay and would definitely book again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when e had to cut or stay short due to the beds being extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff came and vacuumed the floors and added a topper to the bed but it was still much too hard to sleep on. 5 star for staff. The beds they had before were very plush and soft, but since new management, they changed the beds and were as hard as sleeping on the floor.

Great place, very roomy

We stayed in the loft apartment since we were only 2 people. There are only stairs so you have to take your bag upstairs but it wasn't too bad. It had a great patio and a small kitchen with everything you need included. It had a frig, microwave, dishes, toaster, etc. Easy parking right outside the door. Great communication when checking in which gave us all the details we needed. Very nice large bathroom also. Walking trail was close by and we had good weather so we could use the trail to get to a park.
