I had a no smoking room and the room smelled like a cigar bar. Breakfast was a joke, nothing stocked and no one restocking food items.

We visited for a short time to attend a wedding. We were very impressed with the entire experience

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. He heard my concerns about the Best Western I stayed with the night previoysly. He immediately replaced the iron in my room when mine didnt work. Real class act!

Property use in good location and place comfortable and clean

Our stay at the Best Western Waukesha Grand was disappointing. During our 5-day visit, we experienced two instances of having no water, and the fitness room was unusable due to a lack of air conditioning. Additionally, the building's only washing machine was broken throughout our stay. Despite reaching out, our requests for compensation or resolution were denied. The hotel provided two reasons: first, a city pipe issue at a neighboring property, which required the water to be shut off from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM on the first day, right when we needed it. The second incident occurred on the last day, and the hotel claimed it was related to the original issue, requiring another water shutdown in the early morning, once again when we needed it. They also noted that since we booked through Expedia, a third-party site, they couldn’t offer any compensation.

Nice staff

We stayed in room 306 and didn't check in until late at night. My wife and I had business in the area and by the time we checked into the hotel we were exhausted. We frequently stay at Best Westerns and were considering joining their program; However, this stay made us decide against that. We both awoke feeling as if we were suffering from extreme allergies. In the morning we were able to see the room clearly and noticed that the Air Conditioner was COVERED in MOLD which was blowing on us the entire evening. We packed up immediately and went to the front desk to discuss the issue. Nobody came to greet us after 15 minutes so we simply left. We won't be staying at a Best Western again.
