Beautiful, peaceful, details of the room that Book has air conditioning, day to stay is a fan room. Must be upgraded to an air-conditioned room Even though it looks good, how do you correct it? Worth the price but a little secret. Other services are good.

The resort is right on the beach. At night it is quite dark, the lights are not bright and the mosquitoes are quite a lot. There are many boats in front of the beach. Because it is a Chao Lay beach that has seen how Chao Ley lives During the night, hermit crabs will come out and walk around the beach naturally Friendly service staff Delicious breakfast

I really like it. 🥰 10/10. The accommodation is very beautiful, walking distance to the walking street, not far. I like the beef hamburger very much. There is a bar too.

Awesome view... all workers very helpful, room was very clean, the massage & spa satisfied, the hut & cafe at the check in counter perfectly convenient to chill out...

Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, delicious food, good atmosphere

We went during low season in June. The speedboat drops us right in front of the hotel. It is located in Sunrise Beach and just a few minutes walk to Walking Street. Quite a distance to Sunset Beach. The room has no tv (but who needs tv when in Lipe right?), the hot shower is not working (I don't mind about this too) and the floor is rather sticky. There is a safety box in the room! Would be great if the hotel could provide slippers in the room and the plug-point is far from the bed. The food and drinks at the restaurant were exceptional. Overall, will definitely come back!

Waiting for nearly 3 hours with check-in

The receptionist was very unfriendly. She has no smile. I and my friend have to pay fee for our kids (3 & 5 years old) if they want to have breakfast. Although standard policy of hotels is that “free for kids under 6 years old means that free for their breakfast”.

We booked the room of 2 alduts, when we checked in with 2 alduts and 2 childs, firstly they requested us to book another room for my kids, and we rejected as our kids cannot stay in a separate room. Then they requested us to pay extra bed for my big kid (11 years old) even when we did not need that extra bed (we said we can manage with the bed sofa in the room). Normally hotels only charge extra fee for breakfirst in this case but they just kept saying "the rule here is just like this".

The resort is located on Sunrise Beach. It has a very high privacy. The food of the resort is delicious but the price is quite expensive according to the food price on the island. The kayak must be rented from the resort next door. Very hot fan room Breakfast is very good, delicious. There are many sets to choose from. If there is a chance, they will go to rest again.
