Great place for a stop off - was really easy to check in even without reception being open (we arrived late so used the self service check in). Great size room with a double bed and a bunk for the kids. Bathroom was spotless with fluffy towels and soap and shower gel provided.

Basis clean hotel. Ok for overnight stops. Beside a shopping centre and plenty of food options near by. Room was a little cold. But comfortable and friendly staff. Secure gated car perk ( free)

This was a pit stop on the way to Disneyland Paris. Was an ideal location as was half way and was just off the motorway so not much of a detour. The hotel is located a stones throw from a shopping centre with an Auchan and a petrol station. I was contacted prior to my arrival to advise there would likely be no physical member of staff to check us in and to provide my reservation number. This was very useful when I arrived as it was needed to complete the self check in on the terminal outside. Everything was very simple to follow and we got access to our room with ease. I did get slightly confused as to where to enter the code to open the front door and in the end I called for help on the intercom. It was swiftly answered and resolved and it was reassuring someone was on the end of the line. Beds were comfy, room was small but it was ideal for our needs. My friend went for the breakfast in the morning at €8.50 and it was a decent selection. If I was ever that was again I would use this hotel :)

Bathroom condition was poor, there was moist smell & ceiling was a bugs graveyard with the curtains which had holes in them.

overal good value next to mottorway we stayed for one night only but was perfect for us. its very noisy with many trade blokes returning to their rooms drunk, room was ok

It was very very basic and not value for money

I had booked this hotel as a stop over on the way back to the UK from Stuttgart. I knew the reception shut at 9pm, I also knew they had a fast check-in machine at the hotel. I had tried to contact the hotel with a question about parking during the day and within reception hours but always a message saying the hotel was not available. I emailed them also but again, no reply. I arrived at 11pm to find the car park full but managed to park in a car park next to the hotel. I also notice the traveller caravans parked up opposite. Tried to use the fast check-in machine but it did not recognize the itinerary number given by Hotels.com. There was no way of contacting anybody as no staff were at the hotel. I also tried B&B help but again no answer. My only alternative was to leave and find and pay for another hotel, which it what I did. Hotels.com took up my complaint the next day but they could not get a answer on the phone from the hotel either! Eventually they got hold of the hotel, who told them they would not issue a refund of the payment for the room I had made in advance. Just to top it all off, they sent me the access code 2 days after the date I was due to stay. Since then they still have not answered any emails. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you were thinking of using this hotel!

The receptionist, Wassem, was excellent. We had to wait as he dealt with two customers but he was good with us, his English better than our French. The room was clean but small as was the bathroom. Just about ok for an overnight stay. Security was via a number that opened the room door, the main door and the parking gate. We felt safe. There was plenty of choice in restaurants nearby.

Great stop on our way to Paris. Staff were exceptionally friendly, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was really good. Stayed in a family room for four … perfect for our family!

Basic, budget friendly hotel. Nice gentleman works the front desk and breakfast room.

The motel is located only a few miles from the motorway and is great for an overnight stop over. There are numerous places to eat all with in walking distance. The hotel is in good order and staff friendly. Breakfast is in an area adjacent to reception with a good choice.

Great for an overnight stop.The hotel was clean and comfortable but the real bonous for this hotel is its locaton.it is surronded by resturants you can go full blown meal or just a burger .Makes life much easier when you are traveling

It was the first time for us to use a all self-service hotel,a surprise,but interesting,and not bad! It will be better let us know it's a self-service hotel in the confirmation e-mail.

Overall very nice and convenient for a stopover. We ate in the Sushi restaurant next door, which was very handy.
