Its very clean and tidy . Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay heaps.

Lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms, with lounge and kitchen area. Super convenient for a family of four. Walking distance to Denarau Port for transfer to islands. Friendly and helpful staff. We were all very happy and comfortable, and would recommend.

Great hotel with excellent customer service.

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Palms!. We are a family of 4 and the apartment did not disappoint, it had large enough rooms for all of us to move around freely without being in each others way and the facilities were excellent. Staff were also super helpful and lovely to talk to. Vinaka Palms and thank you! we had a great time, we will miss you very much!

Perfect Location

Close to port

Average accomodation but clean and very close to the port across the road which makes it ideal for travellers spending a night close to the marina to travel out to the other Islands. There are lots of places to eat at the port across the road. Very convenient location.

Outstanding and Exceptional - highly recommended

Convenient to restaurants and port Denarau shopping centre. Room was clean and bed was comfortable however bathroom wasn’t clean enough. Late checkout was beneficial. Shower was broken, leaking recess, caused floor to be wet, slippery and risk to fall. No face towels, no internet provided at check in, room didn’t have reception contact details. Shower needs maintenance and cleaning.

All of the above and also they have good customer service all around. Meaning from your check in, porter and Breakfast bar.

Right across the road from the port and shopping center. Staff are polite and very friendly. Definitely will come back. Standard rooms are great, wish they had al toaster or microwave in them. Fridge needs replacing but really can't really find any other negative things. Beautiful place

The staff at the reception and the restaurant were amazing but I think the only let down was the wifi connection. There was a bit of pink mold in the corner of the showers, with a little bit of baking soda, that'll come right off. We still enjoyed our one night stay, thank you team.

Service is great, but only not happy with the stove

Stayed twice, once on the way into Fiji before going to resort and the second one our last nice out. Location wise best in Port Demarou Night one was incredible, upstairs room, large and comfortable, and the best bed I have slept on Second night, terrible. Downstairs room, very noisy, both from street and staff outside the door having long winded conversations. The worst was we could hear everything from upstairs, every time they moved a chair along the floor (and they seem to do it every 2 minutes up to 2am) and the beds were like sleeping on a rock. Partner actually has back pain now as a result. I would go back if I could guarantee an upstairs room

Ive stayed at Palms many times over the last few years and enjoy my stay. Happily recommended Palms to other family n friends.
