Lovely location, super friendly and informative host. Instructions on entry/check in were very clear (we had a late flight arrival). Listed as with parking but unfortunately we had to park locally, nothing reserved. No AC in the room which was a bit of an issue given that keeping the windows open for fresh air let the noise of the street in, but the ease of the location was a highlight for our needs, walking distance to bairro alto and plenty of restaurants/bars on the riverfront.

Nice rooms with plenty of crawling space for our one year old. Simple breakfast, but the option to do your own eggs is nice. Perfect location for exploring the central parts of Lisbon. Communication worked very well.

Good location, nice staff, simple but sufficient breakfast. Room No.3 unfortunately smelled quite strongly of damp, was very dark. The bathroom carpet was completely stained. Toilet paper was stuck in some hole in the wall for...? No fresh Towels during the 3 days of stay nights. All in all it was ok for the price.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear people sometimes but it is overall quiet in a quiet side street. It's a great location and breakfast is pretty good. Catarina is also super nice. I'll come back here again.

Very terrible experience. Don’t choose Room 2. It’s not a real room. Doesn’t even have a proper door. It’s a glass door😅. The location is very poor, dirty, noisy and unsafe. Extremely noisy at night time. Couldn’t sleep without ear plugs. 😭The bed sets are old and uncomfortable couldn’t tell if they are clean or not. Doesn’t have a fan in the bathroom, terrible smell.
