The rooms are clean and comfortable, for the side car type the toilet is sharing.

For that price, the hotel was superb! It is located near the bus and tram station (not more than 1 km). However, it is quite far from the city center, it takes app. 1 hour to reach the city center. The staff was very very nice and helpful. (-) The shared bathroom a bit dirty.

The cleaning staff knock the door at 8.40 am while we are still sleeping, she didn't know we do late check out in 2pm, she knocked again at 10.30 she is think we do normal checkout at 11am. I told her we do late check out at 2pm and then she do noisy stuff in front of our door with vacuum which is disturbing our morning, then at 1.40pm while I am getting ready to check out she knocked the door again. Looks like she can't wait at least we leave then clean the room🤦‍♀️ we will not going back again

The bathroom is shared but the bathroom is dirty. Because people stay There is a shit on the bathroom wall with a lot of foul water, no pressure down, no care.

The hotel next to the cemetery, quiet around the evening nothing. There is a bus station near the hotel, but the routes to some paris centers do not pass through the connection is very inconvenient. No bathroom in room. No air conditioning. Summer is a bit hot.

The rooms are air-conditioned but the rooms here are not air-conditioned according to hotel receptionis.
