Buen lugar

For an overnight stay in Mexico City, this is a perfect hotel. Free shuttle from the airport, very helpful and attentive staff, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend. Just don’t expect a lot of frills - but he basics are all there.

We had a room for four people

Before Breakfast had better quality and the restaurant had better service, in the reception there is a male person very mean, the housekeeping ladies are very nice,same for theentrace guys.

Same day I arrived I went to front desk to arrange transportation to airport and the day I was supposed to leave to airport my ride was not registered. They forgot to make my reservation and I had to leave 2 hours earlier just to have a ride. Very unprofessional

Love it is safe and comfortable

Taza del baño manchada de popo y orinada; NO HACEN LA LIMPIEZA, su personal necesita supervisión ya que no se nota en esos grandes ítems de higiene.

Un hotel limpio, con habitaciones amplias, servicio amable, desayuno básico, buen wifi

El servicio exelente el desayuno muy rico el personal con muy buen trato csobre la chica que me atendió en el lobby falta cordinación sobre las anotaciones del transporte hacía el aeropuerto me anoté dos días antes y cuando pregunté por mi transporte no me asistieron porque no me anotaron en la lista aún así estoy muy contenta por el servicio en general gracias a todos

Very nice clean rooms, and the food serving area is neat and clean, kids would enjoy more if there were a hot tub sauna, not out of order.

The room layout could be more wide the space in the hallway to get to the other side of the bed is too small, I was afraid to hit the TV when crossing

It is a good hotel, near the airport or Hermanos Rodriguez race track. Confortable. Little noisy. Maybe toos expensive.

Habia una familia con ninos Al lado muy riodoso a las 5 de la madrugada. Pidimos que por la fecha 13 de Augusto nos puede ubicar en habitacion sin familia Al lado por favor.

Un excelente servicio de cliente, excelente el desayuno gratis que ofrecen. La habitación en limpias y muy buena calidad.
