El transporte del Aeropuerto al Hotel TERRIBLE, más de una hora de espera, mal coordinado, el piloto de la noche que llegue de lo más desatento y la recepción no te ayuda en nada. NI LOCO ME VUELVO A HOSPEDAR ALLÍ.

I stayed here for The Weeknd concert and honestly it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the venue, which made the whole experience stress-free before and after the show. One of my favorite parts was the 24-hour dining option. After a long night out, it was so convenient to come back and still be able to sit down and enjoy a good meal without rushing. We dined in and had the pleasure of being served by Jose, who was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was on point from start to finish. Service like that really elevates the whole stay. Housekeeping was also great. Even though we only requested extra towels and toilet paper, everything was brought quickly and without any issues. Overall, great location, great amenities, and standout service. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel convenient for airport and with a free airport shuttle. Breakfast was OK but a bit limited. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The room Was very dirty

Everything at this hotel is absolutely fine for a short stay. I had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. The beds are large and comfortable. Although the rooms are large, they are a bit soulless, but that's OK so long as you're only there a night or two. The breakfast is OK but not fantastic for Europeans. There is no black tea. The hotel shuttle bus only runs on the hour & being picked up from the airport is a challenge. I would recommend making your own way to and from the airport if you don't want to waste time.

Yes breakfast was great coffee could of been a little better. Overall was a great experience

Bueno breakfast

Breakfast ran out of chilaquiles and eggs. Staff said the kitchen was working on getting more out but I had to leave before it came out.
