Clean and comfortable hotel

Everything was excellent, clean, friendly and personal was professional

The room assigned to us was full of hair and other debris. The bathroom had only two bath towels, and they smelled like diesel oil. It wasn't delightful to be there. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn in the past, which is why it was my number one choice. I do not like to do negative reviews, but the Hotel should be aware of these kinds of issues. And as always in Mexico, the attention and courtesy were great!

Clean

We choose hotel for including transportation to airport which was overbooked and unavailable. Room and bed were adequate. Restaurant was very basic. There are better options near airport that more reliably provide shuttle service to airport.

The staff and the hotel are great. Very comfortable and clean. The only problem I had was the food. It didn’t make me feel like I was eating something native. The food was too Americanized. It tasted like a hospital cafeteria food. Other than that I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I stayed in Room 201 right next to the elevator, which makes a ringing noise every time someone uses it - and its LOUD. Also, there were loud banging noises all night which sounded like Kitchen staff. Room 201 drain was flooded which seeps over the bathroom sink. Will not be back.

Close to airport and music venues

Staff is amazing and rooms were excellent!

We stayed one night because we had a flight out of MEX at 5:30 the next morning. Very easy to get to from the airport and the property itself was very nice for the price point. Very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay

Nice hotel, nice little cafe, friendly people. It does seem far from the airport and I wouldn’t call it an airport hotel. Good shuttle.

I like

Everything was great from thenperson who answered the phone and arranged the transportation for me till the staff in the breakfast! Really good service, the room was clean and the bed was very confortable.

The rooms on the street side were not noise proof. Breakfast buffet was not very good.

It was a convenient place to stay for an early flight.

The hotel was not in the prettiest, most touristy part of town but it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for attending concerts at the Palacio de Deportes without having to deal with traffic coming and going and parking, and the breakfast was ridiculously delicious, both the American and Mexican versions. In-house restaurant was also yummy... their enchiladas were great. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were scrupulously clean. My room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were unfailingly friendly and polite and eager to help. Highly recommend. 10/10 would stay again during another event!!
