My wife and I chose this hotel due to its convenient location close to the airport Benito Juarez. They offer airport pick up both ways. The check in was smooth, the clerk very professional, the room was very clean and offered everything we could need for our stay, including coffee.

Rooms were not good due to the fact that the walls are like paper. Someone came to their room at 2am and we felt like they were in our room. We heard every word in their conversation. It was rough. Other than that, the place was in a great location and everyone was nice.

Tub was dirty, some pillows smelled, and staff were would not answer questions until after my credit card was charged when fixing the situation. Restaurant was even worse. They served the wrong dish and blamed the waiter despite the hand written ticket being correct. Steak was under cooked. After correcting it for the third time, sides were cold. Paid full price. It gave me an illness.

I’m a travel agent, this has been the worst experience ever staying at a hotel, i travel for living and been all of the world and by far this has been the worst hotel and employees I have ever encountered they were not helpful, lazy, my room was dirty with crumbs all Over the table, and had a funky smell. i highly recommend staying at any other hotel then the holiday express.

Very shady and unscrupulous business. Made my reservation online and requested early check in. I was prompted to put my card info in even though it states I wouldn’t be charged until I got there. Shortly after the confirmation email I got another email stating they could not accommodate my reservation. I immediately called and they confirmed they couldn’t accommodate, not the room I booked or any other room at all. Since they could not accommodate my reservation I cancelled. I was told to contact booking.com to make sure I wasn’t charged. I contacted booking.com. I was still charged, directly by the hotel. Apparently they did not inform booking of the situation which they are required to do, they also did not respond to bookings emails about the reservation. I called them with booking.com on the phone and got passed off to 5 different people. The fifth person hung up. This is not how you do business. Luckily the calls were recorded and everything is documented. I will be contacting PROFECO and so should anyone else who has had to deal with the unethical practices of this hotel.
