At the outset,I would like to note that this facility appears to be very modern, indicating that it has been recently built or renovated. While my room was compact, it was clean and offered excellent WiFi. Regrettably, I was forced to give a low rating due to the inadequate customer service. The staff displayed a dismissive and rude demeanor, refusing to provide me with a bottle of water as a courtesy simply because I am not a Hilton Honors member. Moreover, housekeeping neglected to knock before entering my room, despite the presence of the "do not disturb" sign. I must express my appreciation for Shay's exemplary service and kindness. As customer service is a top priority for me, I will not be staying at this hotel again.
