Mattress bed does not seem to fit the bed, mattress quality is too bad, mattress is sunken in the middle of the bed causing back pain.

The receptionist named Duy behaved extremely badly towards guests, registered 2 people but after presenting the documents, you did not let him go to the room, and spoke disrespectfully. Had to move out in the night because of his rude behavior. Extremely unprofessional

Degraded facilities, stay 1 night must deposit 1 million cash, check out 12:05 onwards is charged an extra half day price 1.6 million. The wooden bedhead has termites, the toilet smells of open sewers ... the swimming pool area is being repaired, shooting welding sparks, and still allows guests to enter. Very disappointed with the price of 2.3 million / night

At 5.15 am in the morning of our stay, there was a drunk guy who kept pressing door bell to wake us up and bang on the door. Since the peephole was broken, we couldn't see through it to find out who the person was. Worrying that it might be some urgent matter like fire or something else, we opened the door, and the drunk guy pushed hard to get the door open. We had to push back and even kind of elbowing on his fingers to push him away and close the door. I reported immediately to receptionist on duty that night, but he said there was nothing he could do because he did not have access to the camera (imagine what would happened if it was a burglar or intruder). There was no sorry or apology the next morning either from hotel manager or security team. Only upon check out, I insisted an explanation, they offered a brief sorry and said that it was a drunk guy who got to wrong room. This is the first time I have experienced something like that and given all traumatic experience we had to deal with, an brief explanation and a dismissal excuse is all they can offer. If this is a hostel or some love hotels I would have not bothered. But if you rate yourself 5 star you'd better have a procedure to deal with this kind of thing. So if you plan to book a 5 star hotels in Saigon, avoid this one. You probably won't have to deal with this kind of stuff. Also this hotel has a very romantic decoration for couples so you can imagine all kind of weird things might happen here at night. I will not go as far as saying it's a 5-star love hotel. But unless you are ready for that kind of unpleasant experience, better avoid this at all costs if you just need a decent place to sleep, and not some kind of weirdly love-themed hotel.

A memorable holiday Room decoration is nostalgic, bringing a sense of peace in the middle of Saigon. But the outside view is limited because there is a building next to it. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and beautiful. The countdown party was a bit disappointing because the space was not as beautiful as expected.

No parking space. The reception clearly said that overnight someone would park the car, but when it was time to call, it refused. Irresponsible. Not worth the money spent.

service is too boring, guests stay but there is no car park for guests, force guests to park in a parking lot that is not part of the hotel without any guarantee and take responsibility, borrow scissors and force guests to take things down to the front desk to cut then return it right away, too bad, never come back again.

We had a great stay. The room designs are very welcoming and feel homely. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. Location was perfect although a little loud at night but the rooms are quite well soundproofed.
