Nice old town area, good breakfast, professional service

Had to carry our luggage’s to two different flight of stairs going to our room and was too difficult to maneuver our big luggages. Not accessible to vans or transpo, you have to walk to the hotel about 4 minutes.

Reception staff went out of their way to help us when we were unable to locate the restaurant we had booked.

the room got stairs so the toilet is down and the bed is up. should we take the luggage up , or keep them down?! "the living room down was small ,even the TV 21 ".small step 10 cm after you enter , big falling risk. no view and a cafe / bar in the square noise from morning until late at night. we need to walk 500 m from the parking in a very bumpy road.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The location is walkable to the sites.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was charming and right in the heart of the historic district.

Wonderful reception staff. Received 2 great dinner recommendations. Very accommodating and helpful. Easy to get around on foot. Beautiful old palazzo that has been updated. Comfortable accommodations.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants, vibrant squares and cafes. A little challenging to find since you can get taxis directly to the , but we managed. Staff was so helpful.

Staff were very helpful. It would be nice if the directions stated that taxis can and should take you to Piazza Campetto. Our cab dropped us off several blocks away making it confusing and difficult to find the property. That was the fault of irresponsible taxi driver, but it would have helped to know we should have been dropped off at that Piazza.

The Palazzo Grillo is a beautiful hotel with first class service and accommodations. Our train to Ventimiglia was canceled due to a strike, but the person at the front desk was able to recommend some options and later arranged for a taxi to take us there. We very much appreciated their help. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Well maintained property in heart of Genoa.

Beautiful modern hotel in a very old, elegant building. The square in front is very charming. Excellent, helpful staff.

The property was really nice. It is very convenient because while it is in the downtown of Genoa it is away from the noise. The restaurant in front of the hotel is really good. The staff is helpful and very sweet. Over all I will not be returning to Genoa, yet I am glad I visited and experienced it. But Genoa is just not a place to go back, at least for me.

We loved this hotel!! Amazing facility And Great service !!!

Clean rooms and lovely staff. There is a terrace at the top of the hotel which is open to guests. Had a glass of wine with friends prior to going to bed.
