Lovely service from the moment we entered, a beautiful view and AMAZING breakfast.

New room, big mattress, unfortunately the celaning service is very lazy, the mattress is not replaced, the floor is not cleaned, breakfast is very, very standard and not varied.

This acomodation is perfect for family, nice view from window and staffs were very friendly. Location is also perfect, the trem station just a step away from the hotel and the hotel backyard is Yarra river with stunning view.

Great location, great facilities, room is abit small but very clean, very helpful staff to assist. Opposite and surrounding is shopping, very convenient. Variety of food around within walking distance.

A very recommended hotel, strategic, near the free tram zone only one minute walk.. the staff is very friendly and very nice. sure i'll be back to melb and stay in here.. :)
